Ramada Downtown Spokane

Owned by a very considerate family. It might not be the fanciest place but they do the best they can. They have cookies and coffee in the lobby. The pool is nice and relaxing never overcrowded. Its a big establishment ran by a small family so if something needs doing don't hesitate to ask for better service

My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our 2 year old daughter! We had a great stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and yummy breakfast. The staff was all very nice and friendly. When we got home I soon realized we had forgotten several of our daughter toys and books. (The night before she had been playing with them and taking them in and out of one of the cupboards.) I called and spoke with Breanne at the front desk who was extremely nice and helpful and she took down our information. Then the assistant manager, Bre called me back letting me know she was able to locate the toys and helped me with the information to have them sent home to us!! Thank you so so very much! We are so thankful and will definitely stay here again next time we are in spokane!! I super appreciate everyone who helped locate and return our daughter’s beloved toys and books!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! The Logan Family!

Outside didn't look all that nice bit the lobby and common areas looked great. Pool area wasn't as nice / clean looking as I would have liked but the water was warm in both pools. The rooms were decent, and good for the price.

Older hotel but clean, welcoming and has some good views from the rooms. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Good continental breakfast upstairs again with good views of Spokane and surrounding mountains of trees. Hotel is hidden away so it is quite but close to bars and restaurants. Our bed was firm but comfortable with great pillows and enough oilers for all electronics. Reason why one star less is internet connection could be improved.

Wonderful service staff especially there night auditor she has a viviatious nature and wonderful attitude towards life. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had some amenities that "nicer" hotels don't provide. I will be returning again I'm sure. Only complaint I could have would be the location. When driving into the parking lot it felt as though I could pick up a bottle and a hooker not the most savory people to want to be around.
