UPDATE: WOW same old same old silly dawgs! Look at the second photo. That bb date says Aug 10 2025. Its October 28th 2025!!!! GOOD JOB BOIS!nCame in on the 14th to grab a couple things, first bag of potatoes I grab has one so rotten its making vodka. Whatever, grab another one. It's produce, is what it is. But when I got to the macaroni salad and they were all a week past the best before date I decided to go to Co-Op just down the street. MUCH CLEANER, the product was more fresh and better stocked. And eas actually cheaper. Loblaws can go to heck with their bologna.

Superstore’s flyer says get 40K points per 100 dollars purchase on baby products. Did not say selected items only. After I spent 200 dollars on diapers and formulas , superstore did not award me any points. I went to ask customer service, and they said points are only awarded for selected items and I picked up the items not qualified for points.nnI feel I was scammed. First of all, the flyer did not say “selected items”. Secondly, the isles where the products are had the same flyer on there.nnBeing a Canadian I really want to support Canadian businesses, but I find American stores like Costco and Walmart are more honest when it comes to dealing with customers.

I had a very unpleasant experience today at the self-checkout area. The staff member working there was very very very mean, her tone and body language clearly showed disrespect toward customers and impatience with her job.nnI genuinely don’t understand why she with this attitude would be hired for a customer support position. Because of her, I ended up having the worst experience ever in the Black Friday day! Very disappointing!

Fair prices compared to the rest.nnEmployees working the floor could be a bit more welcoming and need to learn how to communicate effectively in English. I don’t care if you’re not fluent, but you have to converse with the customers in English in order for them to be satisfied. Secondly, don’t speak in a language other than English when dealing with customers, it’s just unprofessional and makes some feel uncomfortable. I myself am of an ethnic origin Indian so save the racist remarks for someone else.nnAlso had chicken go bad on me before the expiry date here and that’s just gross. They did make it right however. There needs to be improvements and until then, three stars.

I don't mind this superstore, but it's not the best. It's almost always really busy when I come here, but it seems like most superstores are. One time I was looking at their to go meals, the sandwiches which they used to have better selection of, and I saw multiple sandwiches out that had expired the day before. They should not have been out anymore. Oh the upside, this store is generally more clean than some of the other ones I've been in, though. And their prices are lower than some other places, too.
