Grocery shopping is getting harder these days with inflated prices everywhere. Used to go to Superstore to get stuffs. Now I am more fond of this NoFrills store in Deervalley. This place is well managed and clean. Nicely organized and easy to find stuffs. Of course not as big as a regular superstore. But you can find day to day items here and mostly reasonable prices. Sometimes their sales items are very good and feeling overall cheaper and sightly better quality than superstore.nnStaffs are friendly and helpful as well.nnI am happy with this store and shop here regularly. Recommended!

Thank you for locking the door in my face at 8:58. I was able to go to shoppers drug Mart across the street and get my last minute grocery needs. The smile on the young lady’s face as she watched me turn around was well worth the fact that I will never be purchasing one more item from your store in the future. We can’t have your staff inconvenienced with more customers, can we!?

I am glad we have a good store with relatively good prices in this area.nBut what is wrong with green section? Whenever I go to shop for fresh produce it is all either old or rotten completely!nThey sell rotten stuff for same price and don’t bother to change it for weeks.n1 star for location and 1 for good staff.nI will remove this if situation improves!nnEdit: it has been many years since this review but I just couldn’t bare it anymore. Look at this watermelon! Completely white and it is the best time for them too! August 5, 2024nRegarding rotten and not so fresh produce- all stayed more or less the same. Even after the management has changed.nnNo frills has become a meme at this point, they just put new things for sale already stale like mushrooms, green onion, cilantro. And IF, for some miraculous reason, you can find fresh produce, they sell it at a premium price!nDisgusting place to shop at overall.nStaff is great but come on you don’t go to no frills to have friendly staff- we need fresh produce!

Went here today because my husband won a gift card at work during their Christmas party. I had less than 50 items so out of habit i went to the self check out also because we didnt have bags. Idk why but i just don't like going to a cashier checkout when i have no bags. But man their checkout system is really confusing. I have been to so many self checkouts and never have i needed so much assistance! The employees we sooooooo nice and helpful! I needed help like 5 times! But they were so helpful and not once did they make me feel stupid. Once i understood the system it was actually fun. Maybe it's my gamer brain enjoying it, lol. So if u have a discounted item you can't just scan it. U actually have to select the discount option then scan the product then you place it on the table to the left and i guess that's how it verifies the product discount. That is waaaaay different than any other self checkout process. I also made the mistake of the persimmons price per lb when it was actually each so i had to put those back. Then i thought something was on sale when in fact it was the other types of dairy free cheese and not the one i chose. But all in all i had a total of 4, yes 4 employees helping me! They were all so kind and very helpful!!

Place is big. For the most part they are fine. They seem a bit short staffed. Also Coca-Cola or Pepsi is on sale and they ran out of stock! Ridiculous.. And they do not do rainchecks!.. I wanted Dr. Pepper Zero but they ran out. If you're going to run out of stock right away don't advertise it!
