I went to this bank after being harassed from Scotiabank, I explained to them what had happened and was emotionally distraught. I felt like I was abused and betrayed by Scotiabank, being a client with them for over 10 years and the way I was treated was horrific. RBC took me in as a new client and treated me wonderful, my accounts are perfect and I wish I had gone with them years ago! If you care about your money you will go with a bank as good as RBC
