Tried to use the drivethru ATM. It declines my debit card but allows me to use my Visa as a cash advance. Call RBC when I get home, no problem with my card, they say it's the machine. Say they can't reverse the cash advance fee (because it's their fault I incurred it) buy they'll transfer me to Visa and it shouldn't a problem. Visa won't do it, says "the merchant" has to reverse the charge.
