AVOID AT ALL COSTS.  In my honest opinion they are not a bank for senior citizens or customers with any type of disability.  

And if your elderly family makes a bad financial decision of that disability, YOU the extended family member will be stuck with paying the legal costs as well as repaying any loans that default from those same financial decisions.
