BMO Bank of Montreal

I have always had good customer service from this bank, however after their latest renovation, I have found it so frustrating visiting this branch. The only access to an ATM after hours is the one outside the building. Most days I work long hours, and can only do my business or personal banking with the ATM after BMO is closed. When this location is closed, they lock the ATM vestibule doors, so customers are not able to enter to use those 3 ATMs. They do have 1 ATM outside the building, that sometimes have to wait in a long lineup of people to get to. Even worse is that I feel uncomfortable using the ATM with my back to the plaza sidewalk. I do not feel safe depositing checks or withdrawing money at this ATM, when you never know what the people behind you might do as they pass by within arms length.nnPlease allow your customers back into the vestibule, to use the ATMs as designed. We would all feel much safer this way.

I agree with other reviewers. I have a business account with them and the service is atrocious. My transfers were bounced 3 x because the same teller made repeatedly mistakes that I ended up paying for. Phone calls were never returned. And the fees are astronomical. When I went there last and asked for information printed for a foreign wire transfer they wrote it by hand! It was hard to tell 2 from Z! And their own address was written by hand incomplete, I had to Google to check. I don't recommend this branch and because of the poor experience will switch to a different bank all together.

Ida, who is the branch manager, is full of proud and over smartness. I went to this branch to ask some questions regarding a job, and after a few months, i visited again to this location to drop my resume and in front of every customer, she asked me in a loud, weird and stupid tone that didn't we discuss this before? So my question to this worthless lady is, can't I come and drop my resume ? she must not forget that she is just a branch manager, not a dictator.

Extremely bad customer service!!! Guys this place is pathetic! They treat you like you are their slave because you did a mistake to open account with BMO. looks like you are underage who is being supervised by guardian and you can’t have your own deposit money , what a downgraded branch of BMO ! they need to get trained how to deal with respect with the customers! Never went to that branch again.

The Assistant Branch Manager, Farrah and one of the branch employee, Abha, went above and beyond to help me as I had a flight catch as I had problems with my account. I appreciate their help that saved my trip and resolved the issue with my account.
