Sophia has always helped me and she is very bubbly and always kind! I can honestly say every time she greets me she has a big smile on her face and helps me out. You have made my day more then once Sophia thank you!

Worst RBC Branch you could ever go to. Assistant Manager is rude and unhelpful. No one knows what they're doing and are constantly saying it to each other in front of clients. Extremely unprofessional. Go to the TD across the road where they're actually trained to do their job.

I found the level of customer service at this branch to be amazing. After reading other peoples reviews I realized that during all my visits I was always helped by Sophia. I mean when someone see you waiting and pull you out of the line to help you that's excellent! Maybe she was the key to my 10/10 experience!

We visited this branch many times and the overall experience has been very disappointing. I have never witnessed such unprofessional attitude from any banking advisor. We were dealing with one of the FA's and she kept on talking about helping us and improving our finances. She even promised for a better rate for our Mortgage and Credit line. After, submitting all over documents she came up with the worse rate ever. On top of it, she was encouraging us to take what she was offering. We went to the TD across the street and we got even better rate than we were expecting. I would not recommend this branch to anyone, please do not waste your time.
