Ramada Spokane

Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed!! 0 out of 5 stars! The rooms were very gross and you felt like you needed a shower just by walking into the room, there was even what looked to be blood on the shower curtain! The key cards didn't work and I had to go to the front desk 4 times to wait in line with multiple other people that were also having issues with the key cards and were there to get a new card to just get into our rooms. The worst thing though was the front desk clerk, the customer service was horrible! He acted like everyone there was an annoyance and we were stupid and had no business being there, he would even cut you off in mid sentence and start telling you how you are wrong and there isn't any issue, and when i asked him for a couple tooth brushes because we got stuck in Spokane that night due to weather and didn't have ours, he sighed and gave me an annoyed look and very slowly got them. I will never stay or recommend this place!

Hotel manager at 4:30pm Monday March 19th was very rude to the point of being hostel . 10 minutes after checking in she accused my wife and I of smoking in our room . We're both in our sixties . When I tried to explain that it never happened she went on a tirade about how your supposed to be 20 feet from any window or door to smoke. And that if she even suspected we were smoking she would tack on a big fine . Other than the location of this Ramada on Division which is good there is nothing else appealing. The continental breakfast was very sub par . Fake bacon and wilted French toast . Next time a costumer decides to choose you put on your happy face , try not to think of your miserable life and feel humbled that anyone would give you business.

staying on the 27th. i hope its not as bad as the reviews say it is. we shall see. ill make a full report after our stay.

This quaint hotel just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Spokane, had an amazing uplifting attitude, everyone was genuinely polite and respectful, the Breakfast staff was inviting, welcomed myself, had a great personable atmosphere, special thanks to Delchambre and Marshelle for being the most gracious and relatable servers along side being on top of making sure that everyone was greatly taken care of and the bar was bussed before even needed be. All around my greatest hotel experience

This place is disgusting the are stains across the walls spiderwebs in the windows he'll not even the lampshade was clean. This has to be the worst ramada hotel I have ever stayed in not tomention the customer service sucks I came in early and was checking to see if I could check in to my room a few hour early since I got into town sooner than planned the front desk guy told me that they didnt have rooms ready which was fine and he said that arount 1:30-2 for sure he would have my room ready so I left and came back a few hours early when I came back he said that there were no rooms and to come back at 4 check in with him and he would make sure to take care of the issues from him not keeping to the time he said when I came back at 4 he was magically off work and I had another gentlemen that has absolutely ZERO customer service in his body no hello, no how can I help you, nothing just watch your name and I need an ID. After dealing with all that iget to deal with a disgusting room it is bad enough I am tempted to just check out of this hotel and go find another on and spend the extra money. So again if you want to get a hotel stay away from this Ramada!!!!
