The motel is older/"dated" & the furniture is "worn". It is fairly clean. Their continental breakfast has a "short window" & was cleared away before we got any!?? BUT, on the positive side; they DO have coffee available in the office usally & the bed was very comfy! But, everything all rolled together... we won't stay here again. There ARE other "name brand" type motels near it, with nicer facilities & we will stay in one of those for a few more $$, it WILL be worth it, to us! But, IF you're seriously budget minded...this place will likely fill your needs, no frills/no extras.

Most comfortable hotel in Spokane in the price range with less drug addicts than the other 50 to 60 dollar hotels. Breakfast, updated clean rooms respectful guest. Great experience overall.

No place is perfect but for all my complaints the staff here makes up for it. It's true the buildings are older, the stairs are noisy but overall it's been a great experience. The owners are very concerned with giving you the best service experience possible. I'd stay again.

Staff was very friendly. That's about it other than that its a dump of a place got a family sweet non smoking but it smelt so bad of smoke made me ill I had to wash everything when I got home it was awful. But if your looking for cheap and have a big family and don't mind the smell of smoke guess it would be fine for others ...if I hadn't been so tired I would have just drove home after the concert we wher in town for . all I'm saying is if you are going to stay there just don't be surprised when ur room smells and they also tell you once your there that they hold a 100$ deposit when really if you look they hold 115$ its like extra money they hold super weird I don't know why but it was refunded back so that was good just make sure to use a credit card and keep all receipts think it will be better ...I used a debit so any ways just thought I would leave a honest review. :)

We stayed here for 5 wonderful days and nights. The desk was awesome as well as the morning dining area. Our kids ran freely and we felt safe. During our New Years time.
