The hotel is very nice. Very professional and clean. I also had breakfast included with my stay. This is not an issue but they only give you the choice of one of the breakfast items on the menu which is actually the most expensive in price. It would be nice if they let you choose one of the cheaper items instead. Maybe they do but I didn’t ask. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

I work down the street and stop by the restaurant and Starbucks occasionally. All the hotel staff I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The rainforest Cafe is very good and has a really fun vibe. And I love the Starbucks. Staff is fantastic. Both are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and totally worth it.

The hotel is right on the water. The patio decks off the restaurant/bar are pleasant day or night. The Italian food is good, especially if you've been starved for NY eats. Tours of Niagara Falls are available from the hotel, close to falls and really fun. The hotel staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. I would (did) stay there again!

5 Star rating for price / value. Friendly staff at front desk, cleaning and restaurant. Comfortable rooms, bathroom could be larger. Iron and ironing board in room. Ice machines on each floor. Rooms with Niagara River views and parking lot views your choice and budget. Indoor heated pool for summer and winter swimming. Within 4 miles of the Niagara State Park. Highly recommended.

Room was nice and clean; however the bed was hard and springy. The bathroom is very small. They charge $15 for breakfast when most hotels include it in the price of the room. Free WiFi and self parking was great. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous! The only downfall was the bed, the most important part of the stay!
