It's a trail, path is cemented over so it's like a side walk goes from downtown Niagara Falls by City Hall and almost reaches Clifton Hill. It is not maintained in the winter and part of the trail can be very dark at times, I've seen people in the dark drinking, found a guy passed out on the grass and sometimes there's sketchy people, if going at night best to not go alone, day time it's fine there plenty people walking about. The park is nice they have a splash pad and just installed a new bicycle fixing station which is neat I've never anything like it.
If you are taking a walk back from the falls to the train or bus it's the place you can relax till you get the transport. Not a big one but still a nice one with benches and water splash pads.
Toddlers and preschoolers love the simple splash pad and climbing on the big rocks. Many cyclists stop to "chill". Good for a quick break. Not much green space for a picnic but overall clean and quiet for a downtown park.
Nice splash pad for younger kids. Open WiFi with several benches and tables.
We love bringing the kids to this park. We walk the trail and will wander down on river road. It's well kept and clean. Never had any issues. Our kids enjoy it very much.
Nice place for kids
Perfect size for small kids. Lovely little splash pad. Very clean. Lots of places for parents to sit
Very nice park for an outdoor picnic and play. Our son had fun
Great place to bring the kids, has a park and a splash pad. Plus there is a gym and like 5 pokestops right there. Many more around too.
Great way to celebrate Canada Day! Wished there were more attractions to keep patrons in the center for the day. Niagara is a beautiful part of Canada.
