I wanted to start with saying this is my first season staying at this camp ground, and we have had a great time here. The staff here have made are stay here that much better, and it feels like a caring community here. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all. I want to also say that the staff here by the names Chris, Dave , sly, Belinda and another young lady that works the front desk but I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. These staff members are all very great hard workers and they also have treated us with respect. I felt the need to let others who are thinking of coming to stay here that it is great camp ground to come to. I will be coming for another season next year and I hope all the same workers are all still here again as they make it very welcoming here. I have also met a tons of fantastic people from all over the world who come to Scott’s every year and have had some great chats with them and everyone one we met were so friendly. So we can’t wait to see them all again next year when they come back to camp at Scott’s. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCOTT’S FAMILY CAMPGROUND!!! Thanks for a great season everyone and can’t wait for May 1st 2023 !!!
Loved my visit to this campground. It's clean and the people are very friendly. Dennis from park maintenance showed up at our site as we were parking and helped us back in perfectly, then he dropped off our firewood and hooked up our sewer for us. Just a really welcoming atmosphere. Super close to the grocery store 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive and a short 8 minute Uber ride to downtown and the falls. Had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
Very nice place. Price was very reasonable. Well kept. Staff was very friendly. Lots of showers washrooms were very clean they show you to your site and help you hook they even tell you to leave your garbage out and they pick it up. Would highly recommend to all less than 10 minutes to the rainbow Bridge and the falls great place Would definitely stay there any time. Thanks for the great service and experience
We stayed a week during the Canada Summer Games. Good spacious campground near our venue. Owners acknowledged that facilities were older & upgraded our site from a 30 amp to a 50 amp at no charge. Recommended
My wife and I stayed three nights at Scotts Family Campground and enjoyed ourselves. Scotts customer service is very good and everyone is friendly. The campground is located on Lundy's lane so very convenient to the falls. Campground is clean with a large play park for the kids.
My family arrived at Scott’s Saturday, September 3 2022. After setting up the camper, I noticed 30 amp breaker kept on tripping when I plugged in any electrical appliances while running my AC and my refrigerator I never had that issue with the previous campgrounds I had stayed at. I called the office and they sent the maintenance personnel over. I explained the issues and answered few of his questions. He told me that to turn off my AC when I use the other electrical appliance. So I had to turn off my AC when I used any other appliances. In the result, my family suffered in the scorcher heat. The next day, I noticed the camper behind mine left so I plugged mine into the outlet the camper had used. I noticed I could run my AC and other electrical appliances without any issues. I went to the office and explained my finding. The office personnel Kely stated she would relay my finding to the owner and the maintenance personnel. When I checked back with the office the next day, the girl in the office Taylor told me that the owner and the maintenance personnel stuck with the story that I overloaded the 30 amp circuit with too many appliances. Which was not the fact because I had tested before I went to the office. In conclusion, this place is not willing to work with their customers. Find other campgrounds if you have the option.
Nice people a good place get on time to stay 1 night. The connections are not good and are and you have the train close so the noise too
We tent camped here for four nights and enjoyed it. The restrooms are clean and large. The sites are well maintained. The people that work there are friendly it is located close to everything and easy to get to. The only downfall is the train that runs next to the campground. The pool is nice
Liked easy shuttle to Niagara falls. Great shade in our spot as there was a heat wave on. Pool decent size with a slide Older but clean bathrooms!
I am a grandmother who has camped all my life and was dependent on their small firepit for cooking purposes, with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. A rude staff member took great pleasure in washing out our coals that was strictly being used for cooking. Our neighbors fires were washed out as well as he returned to their neighbors and sat at their bonfire untill 2 in the morning. Check the bylaws before you extinguish a cooking resource. I have video and audio to prove the disgusting actions of this staff member.
