I went to change the color of multiple paint cans as we were renovating our house at the time and Jolyanne was really patient and kind and the whole experience was just lovely! It took several trials before we finally got the right shade and she never once complained. I'm glad she was the one that helped me out that day.

Sadly bad experience here as the customer service is inexistant. Only the cashier are there or one for the self checkout and they seem not to know where the things are…

If you're gonna sell antislip gravel for ice at least keep some bags inside so people can buy in case of emergency etc. All the bags are stored outside. Gravel is soaked in water before bagging and frozen to a solid rock. Will need to thaw indoors for 2 days to make it useable . Somebody not using any brains.

Been shopping at this Rona for over 5 years. The customer service is a big 0. No representatives in my section so I went to the front of the store to find 2 guys twiddling their thumbs and having a good laugh. When I asked for help they said for me to go back to the section and they will call someone to come. Nobody came after 5 mins so I left. Brutal service. My advice, know what you need and check online where to find it, get in and get out.

My husband literally just saw an employee coming out of a urine stall and the gentleman didn’t wash his hand. Maybe put a sign to remind that all employee must wash their hands before going back to work? I believe all faucet are functional in this Rona location? nnOn a brighter note: Rami I believe at the self-check out was courteous and gave excellent customer service.
