I used to go to the one in Vaudreuil, cause one of my favorite liquid could be found there. I was very happy and excited that one is open in Laval. Excellent service. The staff are always smiling and take the time with their clients. A lot of choices and varieties in the store and good price. Keep up the excellent job!

Great variety of juices/mods and amazing service everytime I go. They seem to remember you and your preferences which makes it very homey. The prices are pretty good as well. It's near the highway which makes it accessible. Parking tends to be readily available, a must for me!

I highly recommend this store! The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and simply amazing. I had an issue with a battery, and return a few days later. So they looked it, and instantly swapped it for a new one. They were also able to answer all my questions about liquid viscosity, vaping, and atomizing e-liquid.

Bought a vap from here, with in 2 months it stopped working. Instead of offering a replacement or a discount on a new vap, they referred to the manufacturer. Have spend alot of money there on pods, was expecting better service.

This review is long overdue. A little about my experience with Vapeurs de L'OuestLaval I decided to quit smoking in October 2016. I've tried many different smoking cessation methods and failed over the years. Vaping was recommended to me by other people that had successfully stopped smoking using this method. My first visit was to a franchise competitor of Vapeurs de L'Ouest somewhere in Laval. I spent about ten minutes in that store leaving more confused about vaping than I was when I went in! On my way home, I decided to stop at Vapeurs de L'Ouest, seeing as how I drive by it almost everyday. I walked in with what I'm sure was a bit of a lost look on my face, to be cordially greeted by one of their incredibly knowledgeable staff members and one of the owners. Not only did they explain everything thoroughly, they took the necessary time to do it. It was about 45 minutes before I made my purchase, no pressure at all. That being said, I can honestly say it was a life changing experience. I had relatively serious breathing issues due to my 20+ years of smoking cigarettes. It's now been more than a year since I quit and all health issues have cleared up. I'm not saying they saved my life, but they most certainly made the decision to quit smoking and to do so successfully an easy and painless experience. I still shop here to this day and now it's almost like visiting with friends when I go. I highly recommend Vapeurs de L'Ouest for any of your vaping needs, no matter why you choose to vape, this is the place to go!!! Two thumbs up I'm a customer for life .
