They don't have a petite section anymore, just a few petite pieces scattered here and there. It's very expensive for a factory store. There can be interesting deals to be had in the small discounted section at the back of store but other than that, it's better to wait for the sales on the website of the regular stores, especially for petite ladies 5'4" and under. Won't be going back considering how far from my home it is. Maybe one day the factory store will be online like in the US.
Visited the store and prices are not the ones they used to be. Chinos I used to buy 75$ are now 88$! I know about inflation but thought that it was too much.
Nice and welcoming staff. Even in outlet, it is hard to find clothes with reasonable price. The thing that bothers me is for fixed clothes, the prices have been changed in differnt days.
I do find nice stuff here, but the quality is really going down. It's not the same as the regular BR stores. The line here is made especially for the outlet & the quality is cheap.
There was a very mean fella he had long hair, he called me a slur, and he told me that the t shirt won't suit me! because i hav problem, it is dagestan stomach problem i eat too much!! AMBULANCE!
Love the banana factor stores but annoyed that we can't buy online in Canada. Its covid and hard to come to the store so one would think BRFS would update their shipping policy and ship to canada. When will this actually happen?
Always has great sales and a great selection of clothes. The staff is always very helpful. They always look for other sizes when you get the wrong one in the changing room. I recommend signing up to Banana republic emails to get the best deals with secret codes.

My favourite place to shop for summer spring cloths, you will always find special with small gifts from the reception. Tnx for carrying about ur customers.
This entropot store has great deals. Staff is pleasent and bilingual. I buy all my main clothes here on sale with email coupons. Easy to get to with lots of parking.
