Michka fleuriste est avant tout une entreprise familiale évoluant au gré des générations.

Carole Charbonneau, propriétaire et fille du fondateur, gère maintenant l'entreprise accompagnée des ses deux enfants, Stéfany et Jean-Kristophe Descoteaux.

Bien outillés, détenant respectivement une technique en fleuristerie ainsi qu'un cours en arboriculture, ces deux jeunes adultes détiennent des formations actualisées et fort complémentaires, permettant de répondre aux divers besoins de clientèle.

My boyfriend ordered me a deluxe bouquet, and what they sent was not the deluxe. The flowers themselves were beautiful yes, but it's not what he paid for. He selected a more grand bouquet. So that's unfortunate.
Ordered online from Alberta, and I couldn’t be happier. The website offers English, which was helpful for me, tons of selection with a variety of cost differences and I’m very happy with the result. The flowers are gorgeous and look so fresh! I had called for a question, and Audrey was very helpful and friendly.
Very disappointed!!!! The products offered on the website are very MISLEADING. I called to order the bouquet below $150+tax and received a dozen OLD and WILTED roses...no filler flowers as shown on the website photo and NO VASE. At the time of pickup we spoke to one of the employees and she said that there were no flowers left. So you would think that the price would have been adjusted to reflect what we received BUT it was not.
Ordered a bouquet and received a complete different order that did not match the colours in the photo. I called to ask what happened and they said there's nothing they can do and the original order was out of stock. I selected a bouquet based on the colour, as it had significance but they delivered a dark bouquet that was different. They refused to offer a discount saying the price is usually higher and those flowers are nice so I should be okay with the change. They did not call ahead or email to say the chosen bouquet is out of stock, instead they sent whatever they wanted and refused to offer a refund, re-selection, or discount. I will be ordering from elsewhere next time.

I had ordered flowers from them with the specific instruction that they be delivered at a certain time given that I was waiting for an event to happen before the person received the flowers. Not only did they get delivered 2 hours before my specified time, they tried to justify by saying that there delivery driver was in the area so they just delivered the flowers. Very disappointed in their service.
I used to love this place but they have failed us twice now. Very poor quality compared to other florists, they sold me an overpriced bouquet of non bloomed Peonies promising they would open up a week later. Two weeks later they rotted, when we called for explanation they said there’s nothing to be done meanwhile They had a contract for my landscaping and my boyfriend buys me flowers from there every week mostly stained but I never returned anything . they should’ve gone the extra mile to keep us happy for a cost of 20$ to them.
I've been there many times. Service is not the best. One day I waited 45min on the phone on hold because they forgot me 3 times. They have variety of flowers and a cute giftshop with it.

I was encouraged by the favourable reviews, and delighted that their shop was located very close to the home I would be visiting the next day, so we made our selection, Teleflora's Silver and Snowflake Bouquet, listed at $44, and chose to upgrade to the "deluxe" version, listed at $51 plus tax, and indicated we would pick it up the next morning. I was a little annoyed to hear that they did not have any silver vases in stock, so the bouquet would be provided in a clear glass vase, but agreed to this substitution. I was not, however, prepared for the other substitutions that were made. The description for this particular bouquet is as follows: "Brighten any winter's day with this festive array of crimson carnations and winter white alstroemeria. Hand-delivered in a shimmering silver vase". I pointed out to the sales clerk that there must be some mistake, as the bouquet she presented bore only a passing resemblance to what we had ordered. There were no alstroemeria, just a bunch of the kind of tiny white daisies that grow wild in my garden, and none of the clumps of red berries that make the bouquet on their website look so attractive. In addition, completely different greenery was used, which makes the bouquet look decidedly less impressive. She got quite huffy, and showed us the written order on which it was written "similar to". I had agreed to a substitution of the glass vase for the advertised silver one, but definitely did not agree to a substitution of the flowers shown on their website. Had I known they could not provide this bouquet as shown, I would have selected something else. I rather suspect they do this on a regular basis, as most of the time their flowers are delivered directly to the recipient, who has no idea what the bouquet should actually look like. In fact, the lady we visited showed us a bouquet she had received two days before from a good friend. The bouquet was quite skimpy, and most of the flowers were already dropping. She has received flowers from this friend a number of times in the past, and this bouquet was definitely not up to her friend's usually high standards. She went on that florist's website and confirmed that what was delivered bore only a passing resemblance to what was probably ordered. Though it was not from this particular florist, I suspect this "bait and switch" routine is probably prevalent with a lot of florist shops. In future, when ordering flowers, I will be insisting there be no substitutions, and will be advising the florist that I will be providing the recipient with a picture of what I have ordered, and instructing them to advise me if the bouquet that is delivered is significantly different than what was ordered.
