Nice new store that moved place a few blocks away from where they used to be before it closed. This new location will have better visibility for sure. It’s very similar to all other Sports Experts retail stores. Wishing them the bet of luck in their new location.

I just had a very disappointing experience.nI've been a regular shopper at sports experts since before their initial move from phase 1 in this shopping center meaning that I've been a shopper here during all 3 stores. Always been a big fan of their selection even tho they are quite pricey.nnGoing into the new store, I am met with a group of employees huddled together and talking. No greeting, no glance in my direction. I grab a few items and head to the changing area, nobody there. I look over at the group and one of them finally notices me and gets me a room. This older lady was curt and in a hurry. I was 1 of 4 customers in the entire storennFinally make my way to the cash, the cashier is playing with a bouncy ball. When she sees me, she gives me a look like Im bothering her. Once I pay, she pushes my items aside, grabs my bill and places it on top of the pile with a lifeless look. And then she goes back to bouncing the ball. Doesn't hand me my bill, doesn't ask if I want a bag for my items, doesn't even crack a smile during the interaction.nnI know that standards have plummeted since COVID but I just spent around 200$. I expect the bare minimum relating to customer service.nnThis place needs to train their employees on the basics. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the employees. I could just go to the carrefour store that has better service.

Very bad experience from this store. I purchased a bike during their liquidation sale. They told me to go to store next day to take the bike. I went there after 2 days by traveling 1.5 hours by public transport and get to know that they have found issues in the bike and it will take 1/2 weeks to get it fixed. They didnt even bother to let me know the issue. Manager didn't have time to talk with me. Later Shop owner showed up and offered full refund or home delivery. I really liked the bike and opt for the second option. I didn't take all the pain to go to Laval from Montreal by public transportation two times to get refunded. After two weeks they delivered the bike and I came to find that the seat of the bike is faulty. I again informed them and they again asked for 1 week time for the replacement of only that part or refund. It looks like refund is the only way to make their customers happy and hide their faults. Can they refund the time I wasted in total for this?nnSuch a harassment from a brand like Sports Experts. I don't know when it will end. Will think multiple times before going there again.

Went today and Thomas at the shoe section was absolutely awesome with my sons! thank you Thomas! great experience.

These monkeys rigged an activity over there , everything is overpriced 40$- 800$ and told me i looked like a overweight hippo would never recommend!!! never coming back!!!
