Premiere Suites Furnished Apartment

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel with my wife and my daughter. Was a nice week. Fully equipped kitxhen with everything I need to cook all meals. Very close to central station, park and city center. Points to enhance: The mattress was very soft and clean under the bed and sofa. I recommend and definitely will stay again on my next trip to Antwerp.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room/appartment was great, with everything you could need for self-catering, smart, clean, super comfortable bed. Laundry room very useful. Very central location, could walk everywhere in minutes. Car park next door, which is discounted for hotel guests. Literally perfect.Rooms: 5/5

The location is fantastic, parking in the secured car park for a discounted rate was great and the room was nice and spacious. The reason for the 3 star is that we could hear every little thing the people in the room above us did, including when they went to the toilet it was a very odd experience. Maybe we were unlucky, but there was clearly a noise insulation issue between the rooms. We had to wear ear plugs to sleep at night due to this.

It is a super place to stay in Antwerp. The rooms apartments are big and with all the necessary equipment. The staff is super cool and very friendly. We have stayed with our little baby and the structure is very well accessible also for the kids. The position is excellent.Rooms: 5/5

Spacious room with small kitchen was ok. Bathroom very small and outdated with plastic curtain whcih needs to hang inside the bath in order to keep floor dry. One of the 2 lamps for the bathroommirror was broken. This was reported by us the 1st day, but not fixed before we left after 2 nights. Cleanliness was okay, buy have had much better experiences at hotels in/below this price range.

Room was smelly. Cleaning not done correctly. Even though it was said to be done weekly, when you do not ask they won't do it. I stayed more than 20 nights and dispite the extremely high rate per night and long stay they manage to charge extra euro per free coffee pod I was asking for. Magnetic deactivated randomly. Bad overall experience

Excellent rooms, excellent service, pleasant and friendly staff, very clean and spacious room and within walking distance to everything in the Centre of Antwerp. Very comfortable bed, I slept like I was in 7th Heaven and I don't like heights lol. Thanks to all the staff for the awesome friendly service.Rooms: 5/5

Great location staff are very friendly.room was spotless clean.kitchen well stocked with utensils.bed were very comfortable,I stayed with my partner and two kids they provided a night light for my kids.i would definitely recommend to family and friends

Smooth checking in, lovely staff, room ready,quiet. I stayed in the hotel 20th-23rd May 2022 with my son, daughter in law and young grandaughter.We arrived around 9.00am and the room was ready. My room was a De Luxe very clean, nice comfy bed and the best pillows I have ever ever slept on. Bathroom had toiletries but could do with a bathmat in the bath so you dont slip. Breakfast was superb as much as you want hot and cold choice. Dont think the rooms are serviced daily but that didnt bother me if you need anything just ask at reception. Had drinks in the bar very good prices Reception warm and friendly staff they even were good with my 23 month old grandaughter. I could go on and on we all enjoyed our trip I know Antwerp very well as I lived here for 16 years

A really good place to stay at Antwerpen. Nice roofbar. The personnel of the Hotel is really kind.Rooms: 5/5
