Pleasant Park Place

Out of all of the apartment buildings I've lived in for the past 12 years in Ottawa, this building is the best - hands down. Not only is it an awesome location that is close to public transit, grocery stores and a safe park, but has caring management, superintendents and staff, is well maintained and safe for families with kids.

Three friends live her and they always tell me this is good place. Fernando who is responsible for thr building is very helpful and polite.

Very nice apartment to live in! Very clean and the staff are great! Feel safe and comfortable. Usually we move every year but this time we are planning to stay for a while. Also, if theres something wrong or broken someone always comes to fix the problem usually after a day. I have no complaints at all.

Osgoode Properties is a wonderful place to rent from! We are super satisfied with the friendly staff, super clean building, affordable pricing, safety measures with COVID, and prompt replies for service requests. I would recommend Osgoode to all my friends and family, they are 10/10!!

Very clean friendly staff well done apartment units very convenient for shopping library pharmacy and transportation great nieghborhood quiet responsive office at 2035 Othello building couldn't ask for anywhere else but at pleasent park place been living in building 20+ years and it's home for me.

I have been a resident since September 1974. I am pleased with the management here, they keep the building clean and they are always there when I need help and very pleasant. Thank you Osgoode for always supporting your residents.
