They LIE ALOT. BE CAREFUL. They will charge you higher than noted fees and lie about the charges. Avoid if possible.

Not the best. Not the worst. The apartments are clearly old, and somewhat small. But they'll fix any serious issues quickly. Cosmetically, it's a fairly old and used building. But it serves it's purpose and is well located.

Mediocre apartments. Cosmetically bland and pretty old. The 3 bedroom apartments are actually fairly spacious and the apartments themselves are nicer than the rest of the building. The staff are pretty quick at carrying work orders if something breaks etc. Good location

Good value for rent. Close to all local attractions down town, by ward and Landsdowne. Has restaurants and convenience store on site. Squash courts, pool and sauna in building. Clean and well maintained. Never had any problem here at all.

AVOID THIS BUILDING! Unless you love cockroaches.
