A pretty nice place. We are happy with the big windows and quiet neighbors!
Waste of money as the management has their heads to far up you know where. I guarantee you'll be better off at another less smelly and misrun residence literally anywhere else
Very rude stuff especially the grandma at 169. The maintenance staffs are the best they’ve got here. Great building condition, but just bad management team. If you want to have nice apartment, and able to be treated like criminals when paying rent, choose 169/171 Lees.
The amount of musical talent in this building is truly staggering. Brava!!
DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. Different employees will give you different information and at the end of the day they will deny whatever they said and get the worst option for you : Rude old lady employee, I’m surprised she’s not fired yet.
Staff are polite if you are polite to them. New elevators and renovated apartments. Love it here, couldnt ask for better price/quality wise.
The best building in the area. Staff is very helpful. Cleaner do a great job. It is very hard to rent an apartment in this building.
