Bona Vista Apartments

Good value for location. Never seen a cockroach or the like in the building. Beautiful facilities upstairs with a great view of the city. If you are kind and courteous with front office they are as well. Maintenance staff is fairly responsive, though understaffed.

The leasing agent at the office Stan is extremely unprofessional and rude. The building manager the blond 6ft woman is clueless & could care less about what happens to the building and tenants. They’re unreliable. If you can stay away from this please then do so! You’ll be doing yourself a favour.

A very bad service! One of the new receptionists at 171 Lees the young black woman with glasses is very rude to the customers. She speaks badly, interrupts, cuts off and does not listen to the complaints of the tenants. She is the one who has to be right and if you have a problem you have to deal with it. This is unacceptable. Yet the other receptionists are courteous and friendly.You find yourself arguing with someone who is supposed to help you find a solution.

Terrible serviceThe office said I don’t need to cancel my hydro bill, it will be cancelled after I moved out. But I get my bill again after I move out, I called them again and they changed their word- that I need to cancel my hydro account myself! However, I never received any email from the office or the hydro company they work with. So I don’t have the account info and not even my email linked to my account. So I can’t log in to my account and cancel. If they don’t say I don’t need to do anything about the hydro, I would deal with it before moving out !!!

Terrible management team of the building, they don’t even care the safety of all residents, they only want money from residents. My car window got smashed in the underground secured parking, pays an expensive parking fees. They don’t even want to discuss and solve the problem. They don’t care about residents’ safety at all. Since the building has a good location, they never lack of customers. That is the main reason for them being rude. They just don’t care about you safety at all! Not helpful and pretty rude! Try to avoid!!!!!!

Well maintained, modern and clean building. Management has been helpful and respectful to me - not sure what other reviewers have issues with, and they provided no details. Rent is very reasonable given the quality of the apartments, especially when compared to other buildings in the city.

Worst management ever, elevator never works, giving random parking tickets to visitor parking

Not helpful, not nice,not clear, do nothing but getting money. They had a power problem and make too much inconvenience but never apologize or concern the feeling of recidences. They are cold might because the spot is convenient and they never lack of customer. Just be aware of all the detials if you are asking for any help or services they don't give a damn of what will happend to you.

Building is OK. But terrible management. Honestly it's overpriced for no reason, riverview is just as good the only thing bona vista has is a nice lobby. Lived here one year and would not recommend it. They won't help you

Worst management only wants money, car got towed even though registered. They didn’t even know which towing company finally figured out myself. Bunch of “managers” gang up on me when I talked to them and spoke in a rude manner.
