My mom and dad r a long lease holder and we have ask mean time to fix things in the unit and still wait like there tub paint is coming off a lot and bath tub walls r molding I think we r going to have to take legal action if something is not done soon had one of the maintenance guy look at the tub and said I will tell management its bit 3 weeks r so not im will upload pictures say away from here over prices and there slum lords need new people to take care of this place
An excellent and safe place to live. Centralized location with easy access to public transport and a variety of grocery stores & restaurants nearby. Everyone from the Rental Office and the Maintenance team are very friendly, accommodating, understanding and transparent. We are so happy that we chose Eastwood Park - Thank you Kathleen & Team!
i got somewhat upset about the thermostat for the whole building is in the boiler room; how it's controlled by the landlords. but they explained it beforehand which is alright. Amy is great though, very friendly whenever i go to the Rental Office, always willing to help with anything. good touch on the renovations. i was surprised in a good way about the criminal record check while applying for an apartment.. "rent with confidence!" is right.
Renovation is needed and unfortunately they cant see that. I cant even begin to describe the things we have to endure. You reach out to them by phone or email but in vain. You feel like a dog chasing its tails. No effort on their part to make living here a wonderful experience.
