First time I've been to a Rock Woodfired pizza. The lunch special was so good, including a salad and pizza. My server Fern was an absolute doll, very attentive, personable and fun. He was managing the entire restaurant during peak lunch time which was quite impressive. I will definitely be back, and to visit Fern at the Renton location!
The food, drinks and atmosphere were great! The pizza was amazing, the garlic mozz bread incredible, the sandwich was yummy, calozone was great. The broccoli and chicken, could use more broccoli and and more sauce.
So, 18 minutes just to get a server to come to the table. We sat by the bar with only 7 other customers around so not very busy. The food was good, the drinks are good but it took quite a bit of time for a quick bite I wanted. The only unfortunate part for this location is only two servers in the bar area, there was roughly 32 customers in the bar by the time I was leaving. Customers kept walking up to the bar to order food and drinks instead of their tables. The server, I think his name was Justice or Justin actually made the time worth while. I unfortunately will be going back to my regular The rock instead of here.
Delicious pizza absolutely delicious buckets buckets are worth it the place gets busy and then it takes forever for you to get your food and service come during the slow time and you'll have a great experience. Needs a bit of a deep clean but just don't look around too much and you won't notice

Really nice staff, tasty pizza and the bucket drinks are the perfect end to a busy day at work. Also the music makes the atmosphere fun. I eat there frequently so would not spend my money there if not consistently good food and service.Food: 5/5
I went here with my best friend and parents today. My parents ordered pizzas and my friend and I ordered the same burgers with nothing on it. It took almost 20 minutes to get our orders taken. After 1 hour, my parents finally got their food. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, the waitress said “I’m sorry but they haven’t been making burgers all day.” She apologized and said the manager would come to speak to us. After 15 more minutes, my mom finished her pizza and we decided that since the manager didn’t show up by then, we left. My dad stuck around for almost 20 minutes and the manager didn’t come to see us. I’m not saying it’s a bad business, I just think some improvements are necessary.
Pitiful dining experience. Ordered 2 pizzas, nachos and a childs pasta. Took over 20 minutes for our nachos. Another 25 for the first pizza and another 42 minutes for the second pizza. Manager Phil Never came to address our table and apologize. Abigail was our server and was adequate. I think she was new. We finally encountered Phil outside the restaurant where he was joking with 2 other co workers. We advised him that we would be contacting his corporate office and he claimed he wasn't even aware there was a problem. There was never more than 6 other tables being served. It appeared that there were plenty of employees, just none that cared about customer service. I recommend any other dining choice but Rock Pizza. The food was not anything to brag about either!
I ordered 2 pizzas and an appetizer last night around 5:00. Pizza was ready at the time specified which was great but when we went to go eat the pizza was super soft almost like it wasn't cooked long enough. It was very doughy, and almost not edible. Restaurant was very slow at the time so not sure what happened. For the price you pay, you would expect more.
They used to be really good, now they are just ok. The food has gone downhill. They used to have variety of great pizza. Very slow service.
