Ordered 3 pizzas for dinner. One had a long human hair in it which was disgusting. Another pizza was burnt. All 3 pizzas were somewhat bland tasting and had way too little sauce. My kids were asking why thee was no sauce. Seriously worst pizza we have had ordered in at least 15 years. Delivery was very fast and delivery person was nice. Only positive was the delivery experience. Will jot be ordering from here again.
My husband and I order from Pizza Hut quite frequently and usually the food is superb. The delivery guy is a regular, always professional. We are also great tippers. However on Saturday 4/15, one of the two pizzas we ordered was over cooked and dried out. You could tell it had been sitting for awhile, as if someone else had ordered it but never picked it up. I immediately tried to call to express my disappointment but no one answered the phone after calling multiple times that evening. So I guess we’re taking a break from Pizza Hut, which is unfortunate because like I said my family eats a lot of pizza…we’re eating Broadway Pizza as I write this review.
We're in a newer build neighborhood 3 miles from this location. I called and asked them to add our address to their system so they could deliver to us. I was told that we're outside of their delivery zone and they can't deliver here. Seems ridiculous for only being 3 miles away. I guess we'll keep ordering from Domino's.
Would give no stars if I could. The worst costumer service and had me sitting outside for almost an hour. If you want fresh pizza don’t come here
Bad customer service. We called pizza hut after I was told how much was spent on the pizza when he got home. The man who took the order said we should have asked for a special. My response is why would you not let us know the pizza we were ordering was on sale .very sad!! Times are hard , pizza hut you can do better!!!!
The person Mai who took my order was very nice and professional. As I was driving by, I placed my order in person and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went home and came back and my order was done. The pizza was very hot and fresh and delicious as well. I thanked the other employee who handed my order to me and when I told him thanks for the great service, he looked surprised, smiled and said thank you. So many times customers only bring up bad experiences but I am the type of person who tells good or bad. Thank you for the excellent service at this location today.
Pizza Hut is 5 minutes away and my food still was not hot or came with all the sauces I ordered.
So we ordered have a new location it doesn't pull up right on there maps it always brings then to the other side of Brooklyn Park the delivery guy both times was the same one he was so so nice and was trying to get are pizza to us quickly know any other driver wouldn't be so nice and polite like he was I feel so bad I haven't gotten his name yet but he was so nice and the PIZZA like HELLO AND THE CHESSE STICKS where awesome can't wait to order again to bad it not a 10 star cause I would give them that THANK YOU MYSTERY DELIVERY MAN I WILL Remember CRETX on the delivery you ROCK KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU DO WE APPRECIATE IT THAT WORK NIGHTS !!!
As usual my pizza and delivery was flawless. Just a quick note though, my cheese sticks and my bread sticks were not cut. However it was an easy fix. Thanks again for the amazingly fresh pizza. I will always order my pizza from you!
Everything was spot on and it would have been a Strongly Agree however just beneath the delicious pizza flavor was a strange hint of what tasted like.. stale popcorn. Thinking this may have just been a fluke but it definitely lowered my score. The order arrived about 15min after ordering it, the driver was super friendly and everything looked, smelled and tasted great aside from the faint pop corn flavor. Great job overall.
