Blonde lady with the bun was the best…great customer service and patience with our large party. However y’all need some more staff! That’s probably why we had awkward wait times, parts of people orders coming out far apart, the thirst for refills, and the list could go on, but and I’ll leave it at that! DO NOT GO - You’ll regret it when you pay for cold wings that were not properly prepared. *45+ minute wait on 20 wings actually, not just speaking out of anger/disappointment One interaction from waitress in that time, had to check to make sure my order was taken. *Wings came out and they did not tumble the wings in sauce as per policy, some worker squirted a bit of sauce on each wing. It looked ridiculous and unappetizing. Not worth the 50 dollars I paid for my bill. *went to the bathroom there after, the kid who restocked the paper towels at 3:45pm went into the stall and got high… stunk up the whole bathroom of pot. *waitress must have been aware or didn’t care about my experience but still delivered the customer service type mentality which really meant she had checked out mentally. *manager was a young woman who admitted my wings were not to standard and apologized, yet my 60 minute wait for 20 wings after returning the first batch and getting the manager was of no red flag or did not warrant any sort of comp or discount. No… if you make someone wait 60 minutes to eat 20 wings, you comp them… you pay half or comp their beers. Common sense, been a customer for more then ten years. Overall, I’ll say it like this.. you are getting substandard service, lack of awareness, zero accountability and no remorse. They charged me full price on my 20 wings and two beers despite having waited an hour total and experiencing horrible service and being made late for my plans. Do not go. You guys want this review taken down, you can comp my meal and promise change.
Order says ready at 5:40pm. Got here at 5:30. Employee says coming out very shortly. Almost 30 mins now and 5 people after me got their orders. When I got my order the onion ring order only had 4 onion rings in it which was pretty small. The fries order was also super small looks like left over fries. My kids happy meal fries come with more. I say go to the one in Crystal, MN they do a better job and give you the correct portion. I didn’t wanna believe the low reviews however now I do. smh.
The QR Codes on the table read Scan. Order. Pay. Which is nice. But they should have added Be ignored to the Slogan. Food was average, I'd give it 3 stars. There is probably better service given in Prison however. Go elsewhere if you want to feel like a valued customer and not an inconvenience.
Will NOT order from this location ever again. I ordered traditional wings, boneless wings, and fries. Traditional wings were extremely crispy to the point of burnt. They were overcooked. The boneless wings were dry as hell. The fries were ok but not great. Very disappointing. 1 star.Food: 1/5
i came in for a nice chicken sandwich. it took too long for it to come out and when it did… to my surprise there was no fries!! i told my waiter and she brought it back just for them to REMAKE MY SANDWICH. i was livid. as well as they waisted a perfectly good sandwich. will never eat again. man’s name was jeff. absolutely horrible.
My server Cass took exceptional care of me and my party. She was very attentive and kind she always had a smile when approaching our table. I’ve worked in the hotel and dealership industry and I can say with a positive mindset this is a person to have in the customer service world. Please consider for any open opportunity for promotions. We did a take out order. Service was fast and quick at pick up. I got there before my original pick up time and the food was ready already. 4 star on the food because some wings were kinda dried, not enough sauce on them.Food: 4/5
Bad experience. The bartender was very friendly, but she proceeded to chat with the regulars while telling me “Be with you in a minute”. I sat there for 10 minutes before I could get a drink and a menu. When my food came not as I ordered it, I had to flag down the bartender because she was still ignoring me after several minutes. When the food finally came back took longer than the original order, it looked like a middle finger on a plate. It was cold, an absolute mess and very difficult to eat. It seemed like the kitchen was annoyed with me for whatever reason, even though I clearly communicated the order to the bartender, who repeated it back to me. The bartender was clearly catering to the regulars at the bar and more focused on having fun with the regular patrons than serving the rest of the customers. Two stars since I’ve had decent experiences before, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
They didn't have all the food available from the menu and the nachos that I ordered was so poor on flavor and was missing meat and vegetables I asked and pay for the ultimate nachos and end up getting something so simplenachos with cheese and sour cream not planning going back. The blazing wings wasn't spicy..
