My mom and I come here ALL the time. It’s always busy and the staff and food are always fantastic! Kelly helped me last night and was so great and chatted with me the whole time I waited! I have yet to run into anyone rude working here, everyone is super helpful and speedy! The Sammy was AMAZING!! Thanks again Kelly!
I moved into the area, earlier last year, and wanted something different than the usual subs; I stumbled upon Jersey Mikes Champlin,the best choice I ever made regarding sandwiches. They are so fresh and good, and the staff is so friendly. So I made it my go-to- spot to treat myself every wednesday.. I get the foot long turkey/ provolone mikes way, eat half for dinner and other half for dinner the next day. I feel like the poster child for mikes, I'm addicted, but what a healthy addiction.
Ordered 3 subs for delivery and only 2 showed up. Called the store and they said “sorry, it’s through door dash we can’t deliver your sub now. You can have a free one next time you come in.” No, that’s not free. It’s the sub I just paid for that you forgot to put in the delivery bag. Very frustrating!
Yesterday I put in a mobile order for 2 giant sandwiches, early dinner time. I walked in a few minutes after the time they were supposed to be ready and they were not on the shelf. They hadn’t noticed they had a ticket on their machine for my sandwiches and it wasn’t busy at all. They said 3 min for the 2 sandwiches, which obviously took closer to 10. One of the sandwiches was missing the lettuce and the ranch was only at the back of the sandwich so it was very dry. I don’t know if I caught them on a bad day but it was not a good experience.

Around 8:40 pm the other night I ordered a steak sandwich - When I walked in, I noticed the worker he was SWEEPING, yet he put gloves on WITHOUT washing his hands, just nasty I can’t make this up
I don't care for this Particular Jersey Mike location they allways mess my order up. I think they just gave a bunch of hobos a job most of the Employees are homeless. I decided to go to smash Burger instead Food: 2/5
Both of the workers behind the counter were so friendly and helpful! First time there and I will definitely be back. delicious!
Food and service is good. Tasty, as advertised! Staff has been really nice, attentive, and made great sandwiches to order.
The young man Mike that took my order was so pleasant and great at his job. The restaurant was so clean and sandwich was made perfectly!
