I make a pot of rice at home when ordering from this location because they regularly put so little in the bowl. This is an "extra rice, light black bean" bowl which almost seems to be portioned backwards every time. I find it inedible as is - being 90% salsa and beans. Generally fast and normal with most portions, but the under portioned rice and chips are an ongoing issue.
Current crew are awesome. Friendly, speak loudly enough for me to hear has been an issue in the past , and they seem to care about the quality of the burrito. When I ask for an ingredient to be about half the normal they actually put about half. Astounding. Seriously, normally such a request gets you the same sized scoop just maybe shaken a bit so it's not quite so mounded. All in all, right now a good store and an exemplary Chipotle.
Ordering online and arriving 15 minutes after pickup time. And the order still hasn’t been made. Waited another 15 minutes. They didn’t start making it until I said something. This isn’t the first time either. Owner doesn’t care because it’s been like this for years. You’re better off just waiting in line. It’s faster than ordering ahead if you’re going to do business with this location.
The champlin locarion at 11209 Aquila Dr N, Minnesota is one of the best Chipotles I've been to in a long time! They have great friendly service, they are clean, and they got our order correct. This is the complete opposite of our experience at the Chipotle near our home. We drive an extra 15min. Just to come to this location. Please pass on our appreciation to the staff! Thank you!
The food was okay, not very warm. But I am at all happy with the service. I went online to place the order, but you can not use a gift card when placing the order online. So, I went to place the order in person. But when I get there, I find out you can only place an order online. And the staff member tells me that no you can not use a gift card with online orders. Wonderful service. Just wonderful.
This place is typical of any usual Chipotle you would find- Organized, nice staff who don’t frown at you if you ask for extra rice and has a pretty quick checkout. I have never stood extra time waiting in the line while the chef cooks something or the person serving the food, fills up the tray. Check this place if you are in Champlin!
Wish the food was warmer and quality. Chipotle in general food quality and service has been horrible since 2020.. Do better.Food: 2/5
My order was screwed up. We got two completely wrong entrees. I tried to use their customer service in app and it failed. The agent I connected to was not helpful and there is no way to call and speak to anyone. Absolutely terrible.
Burritos are smaller than the other stores. The reviews are real, this location kinda sucks. Update. Figured I'd give this place again. Big mistake. Ordered a burrito, salad and chips with a side of guacamole. The salad lid said "ran out of guac" so I paid extra for it on each of my three things but didn't get it. Go to literally any other place than here.
Just picked up burrito bowl. It has a total of 3 hunks of fatty meat in entire bowl. The meat is clumped gristle and fat. About 10 percent of what I have gotten in the past. A bowl of rice, sour cream etc with this meat as a afterthought. Who made this and how could you sell it? People who dont care dont get second chance to possibly care. Not eating here again, count on that.
