I ordered a "make your own pizza". Medium with Hand Tossed crust. When it arrived it was a half Cheese and the other side was a mound of a variety of toppings. It was very spicy, tasted like BBQ sauce and there was Bacon.....I am allergic to Bacon. My point is people do make mistakes and they should have just solved it right away. We ended up having this "debate". The gentleman on the phone said "we don't make mistakes like that". So, I just spent $30+ dollars on a Pizza that I can not eat, I mean literally can't eat. He did not offer to do a thing. Minimally a small pizza would have been something!! He said "Company policy is no reimbursements". This is not the first time.....but I keep ordering, thinking maybe this time done. Customer service is just that, Customer SERVICE"......your JOB! Sorry but I'm just sick of it.
Tried for the first time on a Thursday. I always look for deals so I was very happy with the value I got as they had a carry out special $11 for 1 topping XL pizzas. We ordered three of them using online website. Very easy to order. Pizzas were ready 5 min after time expected so I had to wait a little bit, but places are short staffed everywhere, and I was happy to know they were fresh. Got home and pizza was hot and tasted great. Kids loved it. We liked both thin and original crust, but thin could have been a little crispier. For price and quality overall I give 5 stars and will order again.
17.49 coupon somehow turned into 53.99 pizza that was garbage. The thing was so wet everything fell off and my plate was full of liquid. For 53 dollars my dumb self should have got a good meal, first time ordering from here and will never again.
My family of 5 arrived at 7:50 on a Friday night. Got our bevs fairly quickly. Minus the water my wife had ordered. After 50min they came over and told us they forgot to put our order in. Mistakes are made….After all. Food came out shortly there after. Bout 75min. No water for wife ever came. No compensation on bill Service was terrible

I ordered a taco pizza in which I did not get any sour cream. I called the store and they told me they don't do sour cream anymore. This is really taken away from the taco pizza
Definitely my favorite pizza place. Order from here regularly, love their deep dish. Consistency and great service make a world of difference, but it doesn't hurt that that food is also delicious! I will miss them when I move. Chanticlear has a few locations the northern Metro, but nothing that will deliver to my new house. Definitely give them a try.
The pizza was great but I was a little nervous about the cleanliness of the establishment, there where many employees there so I feel it should have been addressed because they weren't busy, the pizza was great, but the staff didn't seem sure of their own menu, and overcharged me like 10 bucks, I had to say something, so they corrected it, but still didn't do it right, I don't think that the tax should have been almost 7 dollars on a 20 dollar order? And there was no thanks for my tip either, and im not sure why a tip is needed when you are going in a store to buy something cooked that they supply and they aren't waiters, it wasn't a sit in, or even great service, I had to ask about everything and they weren't sure of anything. Personally, I don't think that 5 employee's are needed, that don't even know what pizzas they have??
The food tasted great and the portions were good compared to the menu price. I used their online ordering to place my take out order ahead of time, my confirmation email stated it would be ready in 10 minutes and my total with tax. When I arrived my total was a dollar without my order changing. I also got there shortly after the 10 minutes was up but my order was not done, I had to wait almost 15 minutes more. An accurate wait time and total would have improved this experience.
