The pizza was average. I ordered a mushroom and pepperoni pizza at the counter on thin crust. It was delivered to my table. The server was pleasant, but not inviting. I tried a few items on the Buffett, nothing really wowed me. The bussing staff were constantly removing extra plates from the table, again pleasant and polite but lack hospitality and friendliness. Not trained on engaging with patrons. Lots of kid families on Monday night, may want to go another evening if a dining room full of children is not your ideal dinner atmosphere. The background music was contemporary Christian music, which was relaxing and refreshing but made the lack of staff friendliness even more noticeable, would expect a more “blessed and favored” demeanor and welcomeness. Great place to go with a large group. There is something to eat for everyone. My grandkids really enjoyed the arcade. The staff was friendly and did an amazing job keeping the buffet stocked and clearing plates. They have wonderful fried chicken and pizza. I definitely will be back with my family.Food: 5/5
My first time ordering from here. The pizza are decent in term of price and quality. However r service was top notch. The person that handle the counter was nice and friendly despite the place was busy but he greeted me and provided great service. With that alone i would order again and come back more.Food: 3/5
Listen, you don't go to places like Pizza Ranch for the quality. You go to feed your kids anything they'll eat pizza and mashed potatoes with gravy for us and then set them loose in the arcade. 10/10 experience. Phenomenal service. Eh pizza. The place is packed, and the staff was responding wonderfully!
This establishment is awesome. You can order your pizza to your choosing at the buffet. I don't argue it's the Best Chicken. The staff at this location is amazing. Also they have a game room for the kids to play. Definitely recommended.
This restaurant was very clean and the staff very quick and efficient. They were also polite and friendly. We never had a dirty plate on our table and they kept the buffet stocked, as well, they continuously changed it up.Food: 5/5
This place is very affordable, and the service is amazing. We have three young kids, they all love coming here, and the staff is always very patient and understanding with the young kids. This restaurant is wonderful and you will love it when you come here.
Went with my whole family. Usually love this place. Owner lecturing my kids who are in their 20's. When our pizzas arrived on how many slices of Pizza they wanted he stopped each time and asked "are you sure""as long as you eat it". In a way I talked to them maybe 18 years ago. Paid $90. To have owner talk to my kids like toddlers was infuriating. I could see if they were little kids. I asked host who he was and they said owner. I'll continue to go but in 60 years I've never heard someone say this before.
Great place for Mom's day off! Kids eat based off their age and then can go play in the fun zone. Mom's can read, have a conversation with a friend, or get work done on their laptop.Food: 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was. We ordered takeout and had many questions making our order really complicated yet the service was exceptional, something rarely experienced these days. Parking: Parking is not a problem as there is a huge lot requiring minimal walking.
