Good sub. I am a JJ fan and this place makes them as good as any other location. Usually order in the app for pickup and sandwiches are ready when we get there. Step inside, reach over and grab our take out bag and leave. Thanks!
Not freaky fast. Ordered at 12:20pm for delivery so we could eat before my kids game and it is now 1:44pm and still no food. Kid had to leave. Kept thinking it was coming so we didn’t make anything else. I called JJ after one hour and yes they show his order, only one delivery driver. This is not the drivers fault but management issue.
took them 30 min to call and tell us they don’t have a driver ?!? It’s a delivery service fast food place. No driver. joke establishment.
Go there every other week to bring food to eat at work. They always make my sandwich the way I like it. The manager is Awesome!
I order from this location often for work lunches. The food is always right, but the delivery is the longest of nearly any Jimmy John’s I’ve ever seen. If you go pick it up it’s always ready fast, and I get there are struggles with staffing right now.
Usually I get great service but tonight I ordered & increased my tip - due to the increase in gas prices. Lo & behold the driver didn't even take time to ring my doorbell. All the ice melted in my drink. Who knows how long it had been sitting outside. I've had the deliveries be slower lately so didn't go check right away. No more good tips if this is what it gets me! Since they wouldn't answer their phone they get a public review.
I work close by to this location. Normally JJs is a go to for a quick lunch or to pick up catering for customer visits. Staff is super nice. My recent visit was rewarded with an up charge of 49 cents for a cup to drink water out of. I don’t drink pop. They did offer a snow cone cup that can’t be set on a table because it’s a cone. I’ve visited this location for the last time.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered for delivery here and I will NEVER EVER order from here again. The first time took an hour for us to get our sandwiches. Which I'm pretty understanding that they only had 1 driver, but the second time took an hour and a half!! And to top it off they gave us someone else's order... we should have had like 2 bags since we ordered food for 3 people and we got one bag.... I've never been so disappointed in a sandwich shop. Oh also it was my birthday.
I drive past 3 other Jimmy John's because I love this store over all the othersFood: 5/5
Like many other reviewers over an hour, well over, to get a sandwich! Terrible. Buyer beware…this location sucks. We love Jimmy Johns but not this one. If you want your sandwich go to a different location
