This culvers location has been great for years but today was easily the worst experience I have had here. Ordered a triple deluxe, got a triple cheeseburger which I didn't see until I got home. As I was eating my delicious cheeseburger that I didn't order I noticed something on the bottom of the bun that looked and felt like raw beef. I have worked in fast food and kitchens so I know mistakes happen but this could've gotten me seriously ill.
Culver's food is great! Staff are well trained..friendly. I frequently stop via the drive through. Like getting your coupons in my mail box, however haven't seen any recently, hope to receive some soon! Love the sweet desserts! Thank you for inquiring.Food: 5/5
Culver's is the best! Absolutely amazing food and top notch service. Place looked really busy because the parking lot was full, but it wasn't at all - walked in and ordered immediately, food was brought out quickly and it was delicious. Thanks for a great experience Food: 5/5
This chain has some of the most consistently good food that I've had. I usually get the Double Mushroom and Swiss burger with grilled onions, and a couple packets of mayo one on top and one in between the patties. The only complaint is their onion rings are hit and miss, but typically pretty good.Food: 5/5
I always get the chili Supreme and a large fries and it's DELICIOUS. I love culvers and it's so quick and convenient and awfully yummy. The staff is also very nice. Two particular employees Anna and I believe their name is Grant are very friendly and patient when I order. I always enjoy when they serve me. Worth a visit!
Every time I’ve been there in the past 6 months they have screwed up my orders. Wrong items. Missing items. Would be great to get napkins or ketchup with my order. For how expensive fast food has become and how the quality you get, I don’t know if I see a lot value in selecting this establishment over some of the other nearby options. It used to be better, but has gone downhill a bit.
This has to be my favorite fast food burger spot. I always grab a plain cheeseburger and cheese curds. Service is quick and the food is great
I'm not a fast food fan. Many yrs ago I quit eating anyone's fast food burgers. After I was served a burger that was full of steer hair in my hamburger. It scared me for life. Point is; I won't eat anyone's hamburger except for Culver's. And their Cod dinners are the best flaky fish I've ever eaten . Culver's is the best all around fast food for me. Kid-friendliness: The staff seem to love children. Parking: Ample parking.
Food was pretty good. Got some new burger which was good and my wife got a veggie burger. Cheese curds were awesome. The low rating was for the service. This young man was not really paying attention and really looked like he didn't want to be there. After a few minutes who I assume to be the floor manager or lead, who was really busy fulfilling drive through orders, had to remind him to serve us. He begrudgingly walked to the register and mumbled to us the entire interaction. Everyone else was fine interacting with but this one young guy was not fine at all. I get it, you work at a fast food joint. It's not a very fulfilling job. It's bottom rung and generally is not satisfying. But you still have a job to do. You are young, you got room to grow. Do your job and duty to the best of your ability and if you don't like it move on. I worked at McDonald's for 4 years as my first job. Hated every day. Still worked hard and did my job as best as i could. Eventually bought a car and moved know. Now I have a 6 figure salary as an engineer. We all start at the bottom. If you don't like, get better and advance. Don't take it out on customers man.
Good food and fast service. Better than the usual fast food fare. I like the veggie burger and my daughter devours the chicken tenders. I would have posted a photo of the chicken but she ate them too fast! The frozen custard is yummy. She gets vanilla with cookie dough on top and loves it. This time I tried the salted Carmel pumpkin mixer and it was smooth and tasty. Thumbs up for pumpkin flavor and good Carmel taste as well. Good place for families looking for a quick dinner out or to go.
