Trash. Me and my family live less than 5 minutes away and every time we order they can’t get it right. Twice I’ve ordered a quarter pounder and have found it uncooked. They fix the mistake, however it always seems to be one. Today, no surprise.. another mistake. Won’t be spending anymore money here.
They need to teach their workers better customer service and patience. I made an order and the woman taking my order at first didn't understand me neither in english or spanish. She rudely told me she had something else she needed to take care of. A person working in customer service needs to be more patient and if she can't understand then calmy find someone who can. I understand that everyone has their off days, but that shouldn't be taken out on the customer's. Her attitude did not leave me wanting to return to that McDonald's.
It took 15 minutes to get my food. Management needs to make sure that they are properly staffed. It's not fair to your workers.Food: 5/5

Possibly on of the best McDonald's I've been to. Service is fast, kind, and the food is usually hot. Gotten fries here and I'd say 9/10 times they're literally piping hot, super fresh. Very enjoyable to dine in, they serve it to you and the inside is clean.
They kick out delivery orders super quick Could I've only had to stand around waiting for the order like one time and it was already done and packed up Just needed to get someone attention because of how busy they were No complaints keep on keeping on
I ordered food. Then I paid for food. 5 minutes later I had food. I think Angela M may have actually been at a bar in Saint Cloud. A lot of other first world complaints about this location that I didn't experience.
Never get my sauces :. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's hot and other times it's cold.. but you kinda get that with fast food.Recommended dishesBig Mac

We go here on occasion as it is close to our home. 1 out 3 times they forget to include items I ordered and paid for. I vow to check my bag each time before I drive away, but then they get it right the next 2 times and I forget to check it again... Just in time for them to again forget some of my food again. It's irritating to get home and you are missing one of your kids items. Then I have to drive back, 20 minutes wasted. They never offer me anything for the inconvenience beyond just giving me the items that were missing. Rant over. The food is otherwise typical McDonald's, nothing special.
