Second time in weeks I had order issues with this store. Both times ordered online and arrive 30 minutes later with no order made and ready. The first time one of two pizzas was made and the girl argued with me about the second being on my order until I pulled out my phone to show her the receipt. The second time I ordered a family size and questioned the employee that it looked smaller than 16 inches. His response was, no it’s just curled. Well when I got home and took a pic and sure enough not the size I paid for. Bunch of young kids who don’t care about their job and it shows.
Every time I have ordered from here, my order is either wrong or I have to wait until way after the time I was given. I ordered at 5:00, it said it would be ready at 5:30 and it wasn’t ready 6. I waited for so long and no one even greeted me or asked if they could help. I finally asked if they received my order and they said they never got it even though I showed them the order on my phone. Pretty sure this is my last time coming here. Which is a bummer because we like their pizza but I can’t stand such horrible customer service. And also, I would be understanding if they were super busy and working hard but it was 4 teenage boys, taking their sweet time with no sense of urgency.
What happened? I ordered a few pizzas for pickup before the store opened for pickup after work. I arrived after the pickup time and they were not done ... 35 minutes later they were finally made. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas had toppings not listed.... So yeah Food: 3/5
Great as always. And now they have $10 large pizza Tuesday. If you decide to grab that offer, either order online or prepare yourself to wait. The stuffed chicken pizza is really good but if you want great get the garlic chicken, spinach and artichoke pizza. Yummiii
Ordered ahead a couple hours before we needed the pizza, pickup time was 6:30, waited till 6:50 at the store for them to make our pizza, placed order around 2pm earlier that day, still said completed at 6:30 why I went to pickup wasn’t busy but still wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after app said was ready. Not the first time it’s happened either.
Order through the app, walk in, and take your pizza. Always fresh, and bake it like you want. Vegetarian options: You can choose Gourmet Vegetarian or Garden Veggie as specialties, or make your own. I wouldn't select any meats, though. : Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the store.
This used to be a great location. Sometime late in the summer, however, things changed completely. We order pizza weekly and used to have great success here. Pizzas were made just as they should be and unlike some other locations in the area, had just the right amount of toppings. I never felt like I was cheated. Over the last few months, things have changed drastically. Just tonight I received a wrong pizza on my order. That's the 3rd time in my last four orders that something hasn't been right. One time I got some weird concoction of a stuffed pizza you can't even find on the menu. They started making it one way and then clearly changed course halfway through garlic stuffed chicken with random sausage and red sauce in it. Tonight I ordered one of the specialty pizzas, thin crust, and got another concoction of sorts with normal crust. I wanted a the Greek peperoni but received some sort of sausage and onions pizza. How do you screw up an order that badly? To top everything off, I'm positive the pizzas have shrunk over time. Family size used to take up the whole tray. Now when I order family size there's at least a finger width of space all the way around the tray. I'll be calling the manager to log my complaints as well as it appears no one is paying attention to the clearly diminishing reviews on here. I haven't seen any response, which makes me suspect management either quit caring or changed recently. In any case, I'll be visiting the Maple Grove location, which is twice the distance of a drive for me, from here on out. This was the best location in the area but I strongly suggest looking elsewhere now.
Just ridiculous. Every time I order here I am sorry. Today I placed an online order for pick up. How hard could it be? I show up at appointed time and they can't find my order. 30 minutes after pick up time, I'm finally walking out with my order. Without an apology or explanation. Truthfully, with a little too much attitude. I get it. It's busy. But I did my part ordering and paying online. The LEAST you could do is apologize.
I will not be back. Ordered 30 minutes ahead. Arrived, no one else here, None of the bins had ingredients, took more than 10 minutes to make my pizza. No pizzas waiting in the racks, three people working that I saw. WHERE IS THE MANAGER?
Went to pick up pizza at 6:40pm when they close at 7 and doors were locked maybe update hours.
