Pink Taco

Hip, unique, Mexican food. Lively music and beautiful decor. Customer service was great too. The best nachos I ever had. Ever. Thick, crunchy chips with just the right amount of delicious toppings spread evenly over top. Nothing worse than chips with no toppings. Food was light but filling. Wish I saved room for dessert. They have a small wheelchair lift to bypass the steps to upper level.

Food was decent, big portions! Drinks, even during happy hour, were $10 for a small drink that I would expect to be $10 normally. Meaning, I didn't see much of a discount for it being happy hour. It wasn't super busy but somehow they said the kitchen was really behind and we didn't have very good service. I would go back and try on a different night!

Great food! But price point a few buck too much… maybe cause it’s in River North? Thick delicious Green enchilada sauce! Very attentive staff. Spacious clean setting. They also have free refills on Iced Tea! Complimentary chip n salsa as most places do!

Daniel gave us the best service and the margaritas were out of this world along with the food. We had the OG pink tacos along with the chili pepper bites. The tangerine and cucumber margarita is to die for and so refreshing. The inside is just a whole beautiful vibe. Such a great experience!!!

Customer service here is LACKING. From the 2 hostesses who were dismissive and lazy; to the bartender who was flat out rude. First time visiting definitely the last. I had a strawberry margarita that stated it came in a pineapple. When the bartender threw the drink in front of us, and we politely asked about the pineapple, he basically scolded us about it. Went on saying they didn’t have which would’ve sufficed.. no, he went on saying nobody had their drink in pineapples and that it would cost $4 more, that it wasn’t worth it. We never asked you the pros or cons, we were asking, since the menu stated it CAME in one. The food smelled and looked gross. Had the drink and left as fast as possible. Avoid this place. There are better places that actually have good drinks and good service. They swear they’re “it”; they’re not… it’s some wannabe hip spot with nothing to offer.

I love this place, specially on Tuesdays! We come almost every Tuesday for the taco Tuesday since we discovered this place! I love their frozen strawberry Marg and THE SHRIMP TACOS, I would ask for just the tacos and not the rice and beans tho. I have been looking for fried shrimp tacos in the city and it seems like this is the only place that has it. The shrimp is crispy and goes really well with the sauce on top! Other tacos are really good too, 10/10 recommend this place!

Nice spot, love the decor…patio seating available. The food was good - liked appetizers the most. Lots of shareable options. Taco were pretty good too. I’ll pass on the sides…they weren’t bad just nothing to talk about. I loved the cocktails!! Delicious. This is the perfect happy hour spot. Will definitely be back for taco Tuesday. Check it out from 3-7pm

The interior was unique and fun. Our food was expensive but decent. I wish the vegan taco bowl had a bit more flavor, it was a lot more squash and zucchini than mushroom. The tacos were well seasoned and along with the rice and beans, a good portion. We were most excited by the street corn, which had a great flavor, but came in a slightly smaller portion.

The food was delicious, they were out of a few of the drinks we wanted but found some we liked. Not too much outdoor seating but the inside is nice… lots of TVs which we liked since playoff hockey was on!

My lobster tacos were delicious and so as the Mexican street corn. I love that they give you the option if you want it on the cob or not. Our waitress Emma, was awesome. I will definitely be back.
