Raised, an Urban Rooftop Bar

Cool little 3rd floor rooftop bar. Even in the winter when the patio isn't open it was still pretty nice! We had one bartender who didn't exactly seem happy to be working but that was made up by the others who were happy to help us! You get pretty small drinks for the price but still tasty.

Very cool rooftop bar! Drinks were great and staff was very nice. Very cool view as well and good ambiance. We found a piece of glass in one of our drinks, but the staff showed concern and made it right. A little pricey, but this is a rooftop bar in downtown Chicago so it was expected. Definitely worth checking out!

Wanted to give this place 2 stars but I’ll tell you why I said 4. Service at the bar doesn’t exist. We decided to try to grabs drinks and head out to see the view. Bartender didn’t even look our way. Didn’t even acknowledge us. We decided to go sit and wait for a waiter. A group of people took our place and the bartender acknowledged them almost immediately. That was our main issue. The waiter was really nice and we ordered hand cut fries which were good. The view was amazing. Only thing I didn’t like was there was a wedding party and they had a private area that was EMPTY but took over the other side so for about 40 minutes you couldn’t even sit outside. Waiters outside were polite as well.

I visited Raised this past Friday for the first time and had an awesome experience! Dontaine and Nick along with their team really showed us a great time, not being afraid to interact with us as customers and offer recommendations really stood out! The roof top bar has plenty of space that offers self seating along with private reserved seating! For highlights, first the food! Chicago style Lobster rolls, steak skiers and Brussel sprouts were amazing! And the drinks can’t be touched! Watered flower and Hands in the dirt are a must! In a nutshell. I do recommend 10/10

“A Guy Walks Into A Bar”…super cool rooftop bar at the Renaissance Downtown Chicago. With amazing view of the city. Indoor and outdoor seating. They offer a wide selection of spirits and craft cocktails.

You get a great view of the city at this place! Make sure to get there no later than 6 PM if you’re trying to go on a Friday night so you can find a spot to sit. Saw a lot of people who came late and then ended up sitting inside

An amazing view and bar! This is a great craft cocktail bar with one of the best winterized outdoor bars. They knew how to use egg whites in a drink and were so seamless. I can't wait to return

Chicken sliders are so yummy, burgers are great too. Raised fries is phenomenal. The ambiance in outdoor seating is really cool.

Environment is nice, but food… small, expensive and boring. Ceviche, 3 small portions, bland and boring. Bruschetta, don’t imagine nothing special on the “polenta bread” it’s just a boring bread, not even crispy or toasted. Ricotta with lime and a lot of pepper. I got very disappointed, only the view is nice.

I only came for drinks but I loved the vibe and decor of this rooftop. It's an open seating, so you can pick where to sit high top, couch, or bar. The outdoor seating was closed due to the rain, but we were able to step out and experience the full view after it stopped. Our server was very helpful and cheered with us with water of course lol.
