Michael Jordan's Steak House

Personally I’m not a fan of mushrooms at all! But I must confess I really enjoy eating this one, my friend ordered it as her side dish while I ordered the Mac and cheese, I ended up eating most of the mushrooms. The Mac and cheese was creamy and tasty too. Our steak was really well marinated and juicy, we really enjoyed it. We bought a bottle of wine, we requested for sweet red wine but that wasn’t the sweetest red wine but it was ok. I was also given complimentary cake for my birthday. It was overall a great fancy dining experience.

Delicious! We had a wonderful experience. I asked for a candle in the dessert for a Birthday when I made online reservations and everyone handled it beautifully! The garlic bread was really really yummy, they pour a delicious blue cheese fondue sauce over the it at the table you could probably have it on the side. We had the steak flight and all agreed that we liked the dry aged prime the best although all three were very good. The 23 layer cake is a must have and there is plenty to share.

This place is totally worth it. You should definitely visit here once for an amazing experience, especially if you are from Chicago or an MJ fan. The food is absolutely delicious. Do not miss their Garlic Bread with cheese fondue. It's the best. The desserts are amazing. Let them know if you are celebrating a special occasion for a special complimentary presentation.

We were visiting Chicago during Independence Day weekend and realized we had to go to Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse because it’s… well you know… Michael Jordan! The restaurant was fully booked up, but the American Express Concierge was able to get us a seat. Big thanks to Amex and to Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse for being able to accommodate us!!! We are happy we went. The service at the restaurant was fantastic! Over the top and better than expected. There were a couple hick-ups, but they handled them perfectly! And the Premium, well-made Michael Jordan branded steak knives were an excellent touch. The food was well presented, looked great and tasted delicious! The cowgirl steak special had excellent flavor and the 16 oz Prime Delmonico steak was tender and extremely flavorful. For sides, both the creamed spinach and the grilled sweet corn were fantastic, and the sweet corn had a slight spice kick that enhanced the taste, we were pleased. We didn’t actually get to see Michael Jordan at the restaurant, so we assume he was in the kitchen cooking our steaks *smile*. Not only was he great on the court, but also has a great restaurant.

This restaurant has a great vibe, the lighting was perfect and our service was even better! We came here for restaurant week menu and sat in the lounge area. Our waiter, Jon was great! Thank you for your service he gave us great suggestions and his recommendations were really good. The garlic bread with cheese sauce was divine. The flavor of the salmon with the soba noodles was delicious!! We will be back.

A genuinely superb restaurant that exemplifies the word luxurious. We had a wonderful time here celebrating our anniversary. The staff was incredible and accommodating. The Manager, Kristen, was beyond kind and conversationally engaging. Our server, Sarah, was so polite and attentive that we never went without food or drinks. Impeccable service of the highest echelons and standards. Thank you for the anniversary pie, such a nice touch, and we were both incredibly thankful. Any questions raised were answered quickly and efficiently addressed. Sarah made the experience more immersive and was a pivotal member of our memorable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better adventure; we highly recommend Michael Jordan's Restaurant, truly remarkable.

Nice ambience and great location. I loved the luminous bridge that led to the dining room. I also enjoyed the slight touches of Michael Jordan memorabilia around the restaurant so as not to take away from the restaurant’s elegance by making it look more like a sports bar. The food was SO GOOD. Especially the Bleu cheese bread. I’ve never been a fan of bleu cheese but this was absolutely delicious! The only reason I did not give the restaurant 5 stars is because I did not enjoy the dessert at all. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert and unfortunately, I didn’t like this one. The graham cracker crust was served like a crumble on the side and the cake itself was too warm and airy for my liking. Nevertheless, the service was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I would definitely recommend and return.

I wasnt really wowed like I expected to be based on previous reviews. Service was average. Maybe because i dined alone there was no reason to work for a tip. Food was ok. I didn't care for their signature garlic fondue bread. Got cold too quick and became too rich tasting...you know how cold cheese can taste stronger than cheese that's been melted at least in my opinion. My steak was oddly medium well as requested on one half but once I reached the other half it was really bloody. That was off-putting. I cut into it once it arrived but obviously the portion i cut was the good side. Called the waiter over and he agreed what I showed him was medium and not medium well. He offered no discount just said he'd make the chef aware. I didn't request replacement because by then I was getting full and didn't see a reason to take a whole steak to my hotel and have it sit in the fridge when I knew with me being on vacation I would be trying other area restaurants and wouldn't ever eat it before leaving town

Steaks were cooked to order. They could have been a little more tender but were still tasty. All the other food was delicious. Highly recommend the double smoked bacon!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No

I made reservations for my boyfriends birthday and requested to sit at table 23 and the evening was perfect! Not only did they grant the request and sat us at 23 the head table of the restaurant but they made his birthday so special. They gave him a birthday card and a birthday dessert on the house. Every single staff member made sure to touch our table and check on things and see if we needed anything throughout the time we were there. The food was out of this world good and worth every penny. By far the best overall restaurant experience I’ve ever had! Thank you again to all the staff that made last night as special as it did. Especially to our server Anthony and Kristen the GM who granted all my special requests :
