Piano Piano is an intimate restaurant that does not have a huge dining room, but it has very friendly service.nnThe restaurant is well organized, with tables always very tidy and with the menu available.nnThe background music is always at an appropriate level, which does not interfere with conversations in groups, families or couples.nnWhen you enter the establishment, you are immediately faced with the bar, which is always well organized and has a beautiful display of bottles, which I really like, as it is the main point when you arrive.nnThe reception by the waiters is very pleasant, and they are always attentive to the movements.nnThe food is great, and they always have a full menu, family options, and individual menus.nnEven though it is small, it is possible to get around with wheelchairs and walkers, so you can go without fear. Unfortunately, they do not have a menu in Braille, but they are always ready to guide you in your choice.nnOne piece of advice is to make a reservation, especially during very busy times.nnIn the summer, the deck is very pleasant.nnThe location is close to several bus stops, private parking lots, shops and paid parking lots.

This could not be worse. We were seated at 8:15 PM and placed our order by 8:25 PM. It took 30 minutes just to get our appetizer. When we asked about the rest of our food, the staff responded rudely, as if we were bothering them. The whole place felt tense and stressful, like the staff was overwhelmed and ready to argue.nnOn top of that, the restaurant was incredibly loud. The tables were so close together that you could hear every conversation around you—it felt like we were dining with strangers. There was no space or sense of privacy, making it an uncomfortable experience overall.nnAnd the food? Completely average. Nothing special, nothing memorable—certainly not worth the wait or the attitude from the staff. For a restaurant in such a nice area, it’s disappointing that the service, atmosphere, and food all fall short.nnWould never, ever return. Avoid this place unless you enjoy bad service, zero personal space, and underwhelming food.

Came here for the lunch special and it was worth the price. The food selection was well-varied and the portions were fantastic! From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was delicious! Also, we came around 3pm, so the restaurant was not as busy as we expect it to be. I would definitely come back!

Visited this weekend our server Josh was wonderful. We had the Valentine’s Day menu, the dessert was my highlight of the experience I got the carrot cake with icecream cone on top. It was a great dine in experience I’d definitely visit again.

Another lovely Piano Piano location with beautiful decor, good service and amazing food.nnThe octopus was so tender and succulent. The pasta was done to perfection. The boneless branzino was great.nnThey also offer zero proof drinks.nnThank you for hosting us for our anniversary!
