Giulietta

First time dining at Giulietta and it was a wonderful experience.nnPolite and friendly staff. The attention to detail and intentional decisions made really elevated the dining experience.nnWe ordered the burrata, calamari fritti, agnolotti, and l’amentea pizza. All dishes were lovely and I would order them all again. The burrata and grapes were a lovey delicious pairing. The calamari was done perfectly and the aioli was absolutely delicious. The agnolotti was a delightful surprise, both interesting and tasty. The pizza was great!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Giulietta and had an amazing night. The space is cozy but lively, the service was excellent, and everyone was friendly. We reserved bar seats since no tables were available and ended up loving it. Watching the cocktails being made really added to the atmosphere. We ordered the beef tartare, fried olive and sausage ascolana, roasted squash with brown butter and sage, and of course the cacio e pepe. We also added the pan roasted pork chop, which was honestly one of the best things we’ve ever eaten. The photos don’t do this place justice. Everything was delicious and completely worth the hype. This is easily our new favourite Italian spot in the city. Thanks to the team at Giulietta for a wonderful night.

My friend and I were celebrating a recent big win in our lives and the Giulietta staff were so kind and accommodating. We hadn’t made a reso and they were super busy on a Tuesday near the holidays but they were able to find seating near the chefs counter. I actually loved this seating! It was warm and really fun to watch them cook.nnThe champagne was great and so was the food. The squash pasta and tarte were especially incredible. This is one of those restaurants where you see what other people ordered and get jealous.

This is, hands down, the best Italian restaurant in Toronto. I was incredibly lucky to snag a reservation after much difficulty.n​The cocktails here are exceptional, and the pasta is on a completely different level. The detailed flavor and presentation of every single main dish were absolutely top-notch.n​It was a perfect evening, right down to the dessert. I will definitely be visiting again!

We had an excellent anniversary at Giulietta. The staff and manager were all very kind. They gave us a large glass of prosecco and amaro at the end on the house. The veal cheek Ragu was incredible. And also a great addition to the Cacio e Pepe. Calamari is lightly breaded with shushito peppers. And the earl grey whiskey cocktail was fantastic. The Romano anchovy salad was also one of the best we’ve had. Highly recommend!
