PetSmart is such a delightful space for us! My son and I visit every now and then, and we always enjoy seeing the animals and browsing through their amazing selection of pet supplies. It’s not just a store—it’s an experience!nnThe atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s a joy to spend time there. Highly recommend PetSmart for anyone who loves animals or is looking for quality pet products.
If i could give no starts i would... I recently shopped online for my pet food needs and get them to deliver at a cost but I figured I would go instead being in the North Vancouver area. I came last week to pick up the dog food I had ordered and the woman there had absolutely no customer service skills. No smile, no hello.. just barked the orders that she needed to see my ID to pick it up. I work in customer service so I was taken aback..nThen today, I ordered cat food, which I picked up on my lunch hour.. There was a line up of 6 people at the till and one teller. I searched for someone else as i had already paid for my purchase and after finding someone, he told me he couldn't help me and i had to wait in line?? And was rude about it.. Why?.. I already paid.. How hard is it for him to grab the bag and hand it to me?nnEach time, I spent over $100 at this location and I find it appalling that there is no level of customer service. I think I will be shopping elsewhere.nnI hope the staff take some courses.. It might help the level of customer retention.
Did not have a great experience with customer service in this store.nStaff were non communicative and non supportive of advertised points deal that was in store. If you spend good money every week you would think staff would appreciate customers but i left feeling unappreciated and deflated. I am considering taking my custom to another store now.
I love Petsmart for the variety, low prices, and helpful staff. I give 3 stars because they still sell breed animals. With the overflow of pets in shelters, I wish companies who did this would work in tandem with the shelters for all animals, not only just for cat adoption. Lots of Guiena Pigs, hamsters, fancy rats, and various fish are in shelters needing homes. I would give 5 stars if this was a change they made. * Rabbits are now being sold in some US stores. Another pet that over populates the shelters and is often dumped.
Decent store, their product is almost always the same nothing exciting.nnHowever if you need help or any form of customer service, I would recommend calling their 1800 number for any help. Otherwise you can't really complain about the in-store service because their is none!
