I feel bad about cancel my order for railings, posts, spindles because they only have 1/3 of my parts in stock. I have to go somewhere else to get all the materials needed to do my staircase. I can not let my carpenter waiting, or he will move on to another job and i will be stuck. I hope they will have all my parts in one place, easy for everybody. sorry i had to cancel my order but you guys are fantastic.

The Rona store is ok but the garden centre that is beside it is just a joke. It could be closed at any time when the 'owner' is not in the mood of working. Don't count on it being open - if closed no one from Rona store would be able to open it. Rona staff told me this is because it was raining.. Seriously? Aren't we living in BC?

They had everything I needed for my bathroom reno, and Robbie in plumbing was very knowledgeable, a great help to me with smart suggestions and friendly assistance!

You can find most of the building materials from electrical to plumbing and a lot more at this place. They also carry appliances as well. Good place to shop.
