This store must have terrible management because the staff and the store are a disaster. Staff all acted like it was a chore to even respond to me. The woman working the back cashier looked right at me and wouldn't even exit her both to help me. A guy got on a lift right next to me, the thing was moving around the aisle while he was in the air!? With customers in the aisle. There wasn't an empty large cart in sight, they all had stuff on them that the staff was using. The whole back door was blocked by a shipment and no one was dealing with it. This place is the Kmart of hardware stores. The store manager needs a new job.

I am shocked. I have lived on the North Shore for 56 yrs. I have never seen anything worse what happened to this store?nnSure plenty of parking and nice staff when you can find them.nnThe aisle is all in disarray and products are overly priced and dusty and dirty floors and honestly it’s not the Rona I remember.nnI truly believe this store can do better. I think the management needs to look at Canadian Tire.nnI really do not like giving poor reviews but it has to be side, clean up the aisle, get staff on at more than one cashier, take pride in your products and displays need to be replaced and organized and tidy your shelves.nnI know your store can do better. I know it’s hard finding good people and living wages are horrible but you have to pay to get good staff and your store will change for the better.

This RONA is well maintained and staff are very knowledgeable. nI love the popcorn by donation. It makes my shopping experience a lot more fun. Fantastic idea!

This store has its issues, but Caleb in the paint department is friendly and helpful. For a young guy, he does a good job serving multiple customers, even those who are just rude. Keep it up, Caleb!

Terrible experience tonight at this store. Came in looking for a patio set I saw online that’s price was just reduced and was a great deal! Lots of workers but no greeting, and no product knowledge. They told me it wasn’t that price, I had to show them the online website. Then they said ok we’ll honor it? Then worker asked me if I wanted to wait to buy it another day? No in here now, whole point why I came here. So he took down the skew # to go look for it. Waited 20 minutes with my 2 kids for worker to come back and say he can’t find it anywhere. I said it’s a shame, and how unorganized it is here and left unhappy. I’ll be going the extra distance to the other location downtown from now on where I’ve had no problems in the past. Please management train your staff to have stronger customer service and communication skills!!
