I came to this store from downtown Vancouver as they had the guitar I was interested in available. Adam helped me out, they were stoked about the guitar with me and showed me a cool feature I didn't know about. I'll be making the trip over here for anything I need going forward. Well worth the trip, thanks a lot!

Good experience here, friendly and helpful folks without that pushy feel. nnNot a musician myself, I’ve come here for my kids interest in school band. We’ve done both rental and most recently purchase and happy with both experiences.nnStore was much larger than expected, lots of selection and what’s not in stock is easily ordered and notified upon arrival.

Had a terrible experience when exploring musical instruments. When I asked for guidance, the guy got pissed and began asking sarcastically what he could do for me and if he could get me a salad or grapefruit. Unbelieveable arrogance and horrible customer service. Stay away from this store at all costs if you want any assistance at all when trying to buy something.
