Save-On-Foods

My Store where I work is a team player working together to get things done. For example one of us washing dishes while the other one helps the customer with their order. Save On Foods is a great place to work. I enjoy working together to get everyone with there foods ready. I also enjoy the meetings once in a while. Emails are sent to let you know more information. The Barging surveys help you answer questions about different topics. I t let's staff know your opinion about things.

The clerk didn't believe me when I told her the price of the turkey, insulted I returned my entire order to the customer service counter. The manager asked "what can I do for you to make you happy?" I said "I don't know..." I would have hoped he would have come up with something but he didn't and I wasn't going to ask for anything. I went back to the pharmacy, retrieved my prescription and will take my trade elsewhere. Very poorly handled.

Out dates store ...very busy in weekends..not enough cashiers and 10 minute self serve wait for so it your self. Would have thought over the decades and with the volume from lions gate studio the store would have placed a convience counter for hot food items like the save on at Capuano mall area. Produce is hit or miss so try the fruit before you purchase seems to many times I have had inferior 2nd rate goods.😣

I don't normally do reviews but this place is so great that I feel I have to. The employees at this location are unbelievable. Only today one of the staff brought a shopping cart to me because he noticed my basket was getting full and heavy. This is the kind of thing that happens almost every time I go there. Needless to say I'm impressed. It seems like that's the general attitude in this store, it feels like the employees genuinely want to help rather than just do their jobs. I live in Lynn Valley near another Save on Foods but I often come to park and Tilford location instead becuse it's so good. Keep up the good work!
