We hosted a kids' birthday party and ordered the Chicken Deluxe Sandwich L and Turkey Rolls M party platters and they were an absolute hit, especially with the parents! A big thank you to Bhavya for going above and beyond, taking the time to explain the platter options, helping us customize everything, and making the whole process so smooth. Two times in less than a month, I found shelf prices at this Save-On-Foods park and tilfordnthat didn’t match the checkout price. The Canadian Scanning Code of Practice clearly states customers should get the item free under $10 or $10 off over $10 — a rule ignored on both occasions.nnEven worse was the service: a long wait, a manager who spoke dismissively, and a price tag that had been wrong for over 16 days without being fixed. This combination of policy neglect and poor treatment is unacceptable.

We’ve been using Save-On-Foods’ online pickup service and it’s been fantastic every time! Our orders are always ready before the scheduled pickup time, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. They even pack everything into our own reusable bags and never forget to say hello to our pup — such a thoughtful touch!nnTheir attention to detail really stands out too. If an item like a banana looks a little bruised or an avocado is a bit too ripe, they’re quick to offer a replacement without any hassle. The whole process is easy, efficient, and stress-free.
