Went there to purchase a frame for a poster that I recently bought, store representatives are super professional and kind, each and every customer gets the highest level of attention and service. They have a very impressive variety of frames and options. So you probably ask yourself why did I rate them with only 3 stars and not 5, well.. bottom line is that I ended up not buying a frame for my posters because prices are insanely high!!! And no, I'm not talking about a huge frame made of gold or ivory.

I really like Michaels for their quality products and affordable prices. The staff at the North Vancouver location are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I just love shopping at Michaels. This location is also very convenient with spacious parking.

This location is great. Ample parking and close to the bridge. The store it self awesome. Always have great deals for any event or holidays. Staff are nice and helped me a few times find things in different stores. I go here to get inspired and bring out my artistic side. Also great return policy

Poor customer service and the prices are too high. There's no one to help and even when you find someone, they don't know the answers to your questions. They replaced the check out stands with machines and the managers/staff don't even know how their coupon and flyer prices work.nnThis used to be my favourite store and I'd go every week but it's now cold, impersonal, overpriced, and has less interesting stuff than years ago.

Sanaz and Nilofar were so nice and helped me to find the item. This branch is one of the best. I really recommend to go there. So organized and welcoming.
