Cook Culture

We were in Cook Culture a couple days ago and we bought a bunch of new gadgets for the kitchen. I was particularly excited to buy a ravioli tray and was happy when I found that Cook Culture supplied these. However, when I took this item home and tried it I found that it did not meet any of my expectations, in spite of the sales associate’s glowing endorsement of the product. It was the only item we had issue with. We attempted to return the tray today and were met with indifference from Cook Culture’s staff, who denied our request to return the item as it had been used. We explained the situation, that the product did not meet our needs or expectations and was not the tool we wanted for the job. But, we left without resolution. This was very disappointing as we had really liked the store and intended to purchase more in the future.

This was my second class and again, it was an incredibly great evening, lovely friendly people , wonderful chef...excellent food. Great participation and I can honestly say I learned far more than I thought I would ✔✔

Had a blast with a group of 16 people for a Xmas party. Chef and staff were very supportive and accommodating!! I recommend trying it!

Amazing selection of cooking gear and gadgets to meet a variety of needs and budgets. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is a large kitchen in the back where they teach a ton of different types of cooking classes throughout the week. I attended a private party awhile back that they hosted where we made ourselves a Hawaiian themed feast and it was an absolute blast.
