I had the best experience at this store today! I am new to being plus size and it was my first time at this store. But after today, this is the ONLY plus size store I'm ever going to shop at! All of the staff were WONDERFUL!!!! They were so helpful and patient and kind, and they know their stuff, and they wear their clothes!!! I'm truly grateful for what an amazing experience it was for me. Thank you, ladies!! I will see you again in a few weeks.

Myself and my friend had the most wonderful shopping experience while at Penningtons today! The staff there really went above and beyond to ensure we found clothing pieces that we loved and bringing us suggestions based on our previous choices! The staff member in the changing area at 330pm went out to grab pieces for us that she thought we would like and didn't mind when we asked for different sizes constantly. We appreciate all of your help and kindness while we were shopping today and we'll definitely be back!

The services is excellent, the staff is amazing and so kind. Great variety of plus size clothes and lingerie. If you ever need a bra ask for Ana she is amazing.

Bought a new wardrobe, including Sketchers, all 30% off. Spent about $500, well worth the money. Have been. Pennington's customer for many years. Great quality clothing.The garments last a long time, their fashion styles are timeless. Washes and dries very well. Great customer service, all staff are fun, professional and takes good care of their clients. Always willing to get different sizes and they know how the merchandise fits. My sister and I will be back to make future purchases.

Not a lot of selection, store was empty of customers, but staff did little to help find things etc. Prices, even on sale items were way too high. I'd rather shop online and pick up there.

This store has wonderful customer service from the moment you walk in the door. I purchased two body dress. Girdles a pair of earrings and a necklace all for $45- thanks to their discounted rack and their jewellery sale. Stuff are extremely helpful and sign you up if you like for future sales as a preferred customer. I highly recommend this shop to any lady of size.

Came to this Penningtons to see what they had as the one in Kelowna carries limited sizing stock...I was blown away by the choice and stock options I had to choose from. Both the sales girls that helped me were amazing, was looking for jeans and ended up purchasing a few more items thanks to their recommendations really enjoyed shopping here!

My mother and I went into the store on Saturday and was happy about how clean the store is! The ladies there were happy to help with any questions we had and help find clothes. Definitely will be going back in the future!

The staff here are always very helpful, especially since I need to pickup things for my fiancee since she's out of town. They also have great sale prices!
