I love shopping this location! Most of my clothes are from Nygaard. For the older woman who likes to dress in a youthful style without looking ridiculous this is the place to shop! I love how I am treated....like a star! Once in the changing room(with your name on the door) the attendants will search out correct sizes and be kindly honest when something is the wrong size or look for me. I can stop and sit in the big comfy chair with a coffee or water if I need a break from trying on the armloads of clothes I am trying on. Love the summer dresses and the Nygaard slims. They are so comfortable and VERY flattering. I wish they had a long sleeve version of the summer dress! I recommend this store to every woman young or old!

I bought a necklace on Tues and wore it to work on Thurs which my colleague loved. I called the store Thurs at 10:30am and spoke to Alana. She was abrupt & relunctant to check stock of the necklace. I clearly told her where it was & said there was 2 left. She said she didn't see anything in that description & said "things do get moved around". So l asked if l can send her a pic of it which she said yes & gave me the email address. I sent the pic and she said she'll email me back. At 5pm l called back & the lady said she left for the day. I explained my situation & she said she'll phone Alana. She called me back & said Alana couldn't find it. Well, guess what? I went to the store Fri and guess what l found??? Yep, 2 necklaces in the exact same place. OMG, l was so ticked off that l didn't know if l should approach her or the manager. I ended talking to the manager. BTW Alana, it's customers like me that pay for your wages!!! You just help put a bad review for your store!
