Our experience with Pacific Honda was fantastic! Our sales advisor was Bobby Nouri and right from our first contact he went above and beyond every step of the way with the sales process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made buying a car , hassle free and very enjoyable, we cannot recommend him enough! I'm not exactly the type to leave reviews either good or bad, but my car purchase experience at Pacific Honda was excellent from day one until delivery. Bobby was great with prompt communication, up front about some minor cosmetic issues that were taken care of by the dealership. Chris from finance was great as well, disclosing and explaining every detail throughout the entire process. Worth every bit of the 50km drive each way!

One thing about reviews is that people feel more motivated to write about bad experiences than about good or average ones. Having that said, I need to rave about my flawless experience with Pacific Honda. I was looking for a nice way to celebrate my anniversary, and I have to say that I was not expecting the car availability to be so bad. I was lucky enough to have Allen taking care of my case, and sure enough, I got the chance to surprise my husband with the car he wanted for a while. Allen was super professional, and managed really well some miscommunication caused by another dealer. He also went above and beyond to make the purchase happen, like coming out of his day off to take care of my case. Also thanks to Fahim for making my tinted glass happen after multiple calls. It was absolutely worth the drive from lower mainland, and I am definitely coming back for my future purchases. Well done Pacific Honda I would give more stars if I could.
Victor at Pacific Honda is fantastic. The care and attention from him was second to none. He was patient, pleasant and informative, he followed up and kept me in the loop throughout. The work was done perfectly and the Civic runs beautifully after its major service. If you own a Honda, Pacific Honda is a good place to go to have it serviced. Ask for Victor...you'll be glad you did.
Great efficient service! Mori helped us find our dream SUV and made the buying process quick and simple from the phone calls, emails and day of arrangements. We were in and out, trade in, insurance, keys in hand back on the road heading home within a few hours! We are very happy with our new car and would recommend working with the staff at Pacific Honda!
Do not waste your time and money here. The whole process to find the issue with my vehicle was disastrous. I had to make 2 visits to just find the problem. Why not run a comprehensive test from the beginning? In the end, they found an issue with my wheel, but did not return my old one. I found out later that the new rim I purchased does not come with the centre cap a piece with "H" on the rim and it is normally replaced from the old rim. I called Pacific Honda to inquire to get it back. First time, I was told that they will look into it and return the call. Nothing. Second time I called them, the representative explained to me that the new rim does not come with the centre cap as if I should've already known about it I was not informed of this at any point. I was then told that they will look into it and get back to me. A week has passed, and I have NOT heard a single word from them yet. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. My family has been a customer with Pacific Honda for close to 20 years. We do not see ourselves returning here in the future. Update: Received the centre cap as described below by the manager.
Best place to purchase a new or use vehicle i have purchased twice there this last year. They are courteous, honest and reasonably priced. If you Are looking for a used vehicle ask for Justin directly he is the used car manager. His honesty, Kindness and service is amazing!!
My wife and I would like to thank the sales team of Bobby Nouri and Fahim Yosufzai for their honesty and professionalism with our recent experience in purchasing our 2022 Honda HRV. We had ordered it back in February and were warned it would take months to deliver so we appreciate the honesty. There was never a feeling of pressure put on us by either sales staff. Our 2002 Civic purchased from Pacific Honda served us well and I’m sure our new HRV will do the same. I would definitely recommend Pacific Honda and the two gentlemen I mentioned for anyone interested in wanting to buy a quality vehicle along with a positive sales experience.
