I bought my Kia Soul 7 years ago from North Shore Kia. Recently, I have been in the market to buy or lease a brand-new car and after testing many cars and contacting many dealers, I have decided to lease my car again from North Shore Kia last week. They are very welcoming, and they offer the best deals in the market. I have had a wonderful experience with Moe, their knowledgeable general manager and their staff. Moe offered me the best option for my recent purchase again and I am really happy with that. Their service department also is good with no headache

Looked at several used EV cars in their inventory but ended up changing my mind and buying new somewhere else. Used cars were in excellent condition and prices were competitive. Kia Kazemian was friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient. Kia and sales manager Corey were both understanding of my situation. Would recommend to my friends and family.

I have been experiencing very good, friendly and welcoming customer service with Kia North. Alan(sales manager) was diligent with me throughout all process. My sales person was Kia. He is an excellent sales person, a friend whom everybody needs on their side. I would definitely recommend this place or these people to work with. Before I forgot to mention, it was a beautiful Christmas surprise to me that they fueled my tank when I bring to wash my car with them. You always enjoy with nice surprises ). At least, this is the way I could show my appreciation to Listen and Deliver attitude. Thanks Kia North!

This review is in regards to the service department at North Shore Kia. I've owned quite a few cars, and gone to a lot of different service departments and garages, and North Shore Kia is simply the best. Scheduling online is excellent, checking in is great, and everyone is so nice and efficient. The 2 times I have taken my 2017 Soul, I have been impressed by the entire experience. Highly recommended!

It's about time this dealership receives an authentic customer review for their poor service. Just kidding! This place actually surprised me by their simple and down-to-earth approach to doing business. Trust me, my personal standards are very high and often unreasonable, so this is a well-deserved 5 stars for this place. I hope, if your executives read this, that you continue being this way. All the best to your talented and committed team at North Shore Kia.
